Father God, in the name of Jesus, we boldly come before Your throne and call You God Almighty. It is Your Kingdom alone that matters. Forgive us for the times we have been a friend to the world and have sought and loved the things of this world. Jesus alone is Lord.
You said to Jesus, "Ask of Me and I will assuredly give [You] the nations as Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth as Your possession." In His name, we ask for the United States of America. Let this Nation be a Nation that is a praise unto You. We pray for Your boldness for Your body to declare Your message of salvation with great confidence, while You extend Your hand to heal with signs and wonders taking place through the name, the authority and the power of Your holy Servant and Son, Jesus. (Ps. 2; Acts 4) We know You hear the threats that we hear against us, against Your Kingdom and against our President and his staff. We also know that You are the Greater One and we trust You for our Nation's healing. Thank You for the privilege of laying this burden on You because You care for us.
Thank You for reminding us, "Blessed [happy, spiritually prosperous, favored by God] is the man who is steadfast under trial and perseveres when tempted; for when he has passed the test and been approved, he will receive the [victor’s] crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him." (Js. 1:12)
We pray for our Armed Forces today. Let Your Word have free course among them. May this be the day of salvation for each one and his family. Show them Your mighty hand of salvation and deliverance from destruction. We are asking You for the right number and skill for each member of our military. You know the future and what our needs are. We trust You to meet that need.

Lifting up our heroes, home and abroad, who put themselves in harms way to keep us safe. Protect them from enemy attacks on all fronts.
Lifting up our president. Grant him Wisdom and strength to do the right thing. Protect him from the relentless snipes of the press, congress, his own party.

Yes, we’ve much for which we are grateful. LORD, you’ve filled us with faith, showing us that You are at our side as we watch the truth being revealed. We await to see for ourselves what You have written. Thank You for Your mercy and the opportunity to see the shore line. Allow us to always remember what we once so nonchalantly caste aside.
FATHER, we hunger to see a reawakening in this land to Your laws and teachings. Where there is Good, there is Evil. Teaching your children these are real and tangible must also be our priority.

Heavenly Father God,
We come in the name of your Son Jesus....seeing and hearing now the drumbeat of war..... You encouraged us by saying that there would be wars and rumors of war until the end, and for this we are not surprised nor afraid but trusting your will and your purposes will always be carried in ALL things.
We are mindful of the recent threats of N.Korea...as well as the movements of military troops and armaments in China and Russia. Only you know their true intentions and what might come of these tensions now. ....Yet we know that you have people willing to do your will throughout these happenings and events and for this we pray for those you will use and equip them with all they need to to act according to your plans Lord....that your purposes for the entire world might be fulfilled.
We also pray for our government leaders....that you would continue to grant them your wisdom and those around them who advise them. Give them discerning minds and hearts to see the whole truth through the otherwise fog which might mislead their decisions otherwise. Reveal all which they must know to act decisively according to what you would have them to do and say....as much as refraining from.
With great gratitude we appreciate fully that you are in control of All things....and will use what you will to bring about your desired ends....so that one day the name of all names Jesus Christ may one day rule and reign.
