  • I Smell a Rat (WaPo' s Coverage of Cruz Campaign Voter Data Management)

Neurotic as a voter classification is extremely unlikely to be used by the Cruz Campaign, but that is the designation wielded without qualification or explanation by WaPo' s Tom Hamburger in Cruz campaign credits psychological data and analytics for its rising success. I smell a big, stinking, plague-flea bearing rat. As I did when I guessed that the man who made Lb1 Billion by betting against the British Pound, George Soros, was behind the 99% Occupy Wall St. Mass Delusion brainwashing campaign, 3 days before Google censorship would allow news items to pass through about it.Hamburger' s disinformation sausage does...

(CNN) -- Ben Bradlee, the zestful, charismatic Washington Post editor who guided the paper through the era of the Pentagon Papers and Watergate and was immortalized on screen in "All the President's Men," has died. He was 93. Bradlee began end-of-life care at his home last month after suffering from Alzheimer's disease and dementia for several years. He was the executive editor of The Washington Post from 1968 to 1991, during which time the paper covered the downfall of President Richard Nixon in the Watergate scandal.

There is no doubt America is being assaulted by an administration that is tyrannical, attempting to rule through policy – not law – only because the American people have become rebels against their own foundational principles and have eaten the fruit of their own ways. For those that have not taken the time to understand history (God’s story), He promised judgment to a disobedient people. Read Deuteronomy 28 and you will see there are 14 verses of blessings to a people that keep the commandments of the Lord, while there stands 54 verses of curses against those that refuse God’s...

One day in early 2007, Bob Woodward poked his head into my office. He and his wife, Elsa, had been out for dinner the night before with Ben Bradlee and his wife, Sally Quinn. Bradlee had written a memoir in 1995, but he had another book left on his contract, and he and Sally were looking for somebody to help them out. “I told them they should hire you,” Bob said.

"He's got it coming to him," said Ben Bradlee, former editor of The Washington Post. "You can't do that in this town anymore. Probably could do it 50 years ago, but you can't do it now." The "he" was Herman Cain. The "that" means sexual harassment. And the "got it coming" means the media firestorm around the Republican front-runner as he deals with the sexual misconduct accusations that threaten to derail Cain's surprisingly strong candidacy. Bradlee made the Cain comment while at a book party for MSNBC host Chris Matthews' new biography about the Democratic Party's icon, John F. Kennedy,...

Publisher Peter Osnos, who admits to personally working with former Bush White House press secretary Scott McClellan on his new book, What Happened, began his career as an assistant to I.F. Stone, the pro-communist "journalist" named as a Soviet agent of influence who was the uncle of Weather Underground communist terrorist Kathy Boudin. But the connections don't end there. Boudin's son Chesa was raised by Barack Obama associates Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, who were Boudin's comrades in the communist terrorist group, after Kathy Boudin went to prison for her involvement in an armed robbery and assault that took the...

WASHINGTON, D.C. The last time Ben Bradlee was cruising through the islands near Guadalcanal in the South Pacific was in 1943, aboard a U.S. Navy destroyer. Enduring some of the worst combat of World War II, the Navy spent months battling through the waterway known as "The Slot." "It was where cruisers and destroyers met up with the Japanese and played bang-bang at night," Bradlee describes it today. Nearly 63 years later, the legendary journalist is ready to return. This time, however, the destroyer is being replaced by a leisurely cruise ship, and his youngest son, Quinn, will accompany him....

WASH POST's Ben Bradlee Claims Plame Leaker Was Richard Armitage Mon Mar 13 2006 10:48:34 ET THE WASHINGTON POST's famous Watergate editor Ben Bradlee claims that it was former State Department Deputy Secretary Richard Armitage who was the individual who leaked the identity of CIA official Valerie Plame. In the latest issue of VANITY FAIR: "Woodward was in a tricky position. People close to him believe that he had learned about Plame from his friend Richard Armitage, Colin Powell's former deputy, who has been known to be critical of the administration and who has a blunt way of speaking. 'That...

...[N]ews organizations are trying to outwit a new generation of prosecutors and protect reporters and sources in what they believe to be an increasingly antagonistic environment. In some instances, news executives are issuing guidelines to educate and retrain their staffs about taking precautions to protect their notes and other source materials from being sought as evidence in legal cases. Some are also looking at technological fixes like heightened encryption and e-mail messages that expire after a period of time.... Several news organizations had already begun clamping down on the use of anonymous sources and tightening the rules for when they...
