President Trump issued a statement of support in Persian to protesting Iranians on Saturday after anti-regime protests broke out in Tehran and other locations in Iran in response to the government finally admitted to shooting down a passenger jet with 176 mostly Iranian passengers just after the plane took off from Tehran’s airport the night Iran launched missiles at U.S. forces in Iraq. The protesters called for the end of the Islamist regime. “To the brave and suffering Iranian people: I have stood with you since the beginning of my presidency and my government will continue to stand with you....

Devin Nunes tells @dailycaller it is "shocking and inexplicable" that the FISA Court picked David Kris to oversee FBI's FISA reforms. Kris has been entirely dismissive of allegations that FBI misled the court to surveil Carter Page.

“To the brave and suffering Iranian people: I have stood with you since the beginning of my presidency and my government will continue to stand with you. We are following your protests closely. Your courage is inspiring.”

Numerous videos of protests in Iran over the government shootdown of a passenger jet over Tehran that killed 176 people have been posted online Saturday. Translations posted with the video say the protesters are demanding the resignation of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. The protesters were also heard to be chanting, “Our enemy is here, they tell us lie by saying it is America.” (video and tweets)

President Trump called out FBI Director Christopher Wray on Saturday morning for his weak response to FISA abuse and the illegal spying on Trump’s 2016 campaign. FBI Director Chris Wray announced that the FBI’s response to the agency’s FISA Abuse and the criminal spying on the Trump campaign will result in extra training. He sent out out a training video. And no one will be disciplined for the criminal acts.

What's with this "us" bit, David? New York Times "conservative" columnist David Brooks claimed on Thursday that "Trump Has Made Us All Stupid." Brooks admits that liberals are now acting really really stupid (as well as loony) but that the fault lies with President Donald Trump. The weird thing about Brooks' column is that he also gives as close to high praise to Trump as you can at the Times without getting a pink slip (although that could still happen).

"""Iranian Regime Releases Movie “Hard Revenge” Where US Capitol Is Blown Up and President Trump Is Killed in White House (VIDEO)""" Iranian regime officials including members of the Supreme National Security Council have vowed to take a ‘hard revenge’ on the US. Iranian operatives are using the hashtag #Hard_Revenge on Twitter to push their threat. This week Iran released a short film “Hard Revenge” where Iranian operatives blow up the US Capitol Building and kill President Trump in the White House.

The most formidable enemy of the American people suffered a grievous and shocking blow a week ago, and the enemy did not react well to the attack. There was wailing and gnashing of teeth, rending of garments, and fanatical chants of “death to middle America!” There is great fear and panic about potential retaliation. But the outrageous, dangerous and unstable man who launched this reckless and unprovoked attack—Ricky Gervais—returned safely to England nonetheless. Britain is threatening to retaliate by sending us one of their ne’er-do-well princes. Oh, and President Trump also killed a top Iranian general.

Last month presiding FISA judge Rosemary Collyer announced she would be stepping down early due to ‘health issues.’ Chief Justice Roberts tapped Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee to replace Collyer. On Friday, Judge Boasberg announced in an order that he has appointed Obama-era national security leader at the DOJ David S. Kris as amicus counsel to review the reforms the FBI will be making to its FISA application process. This order was in response to the FBI abusing the FISA process after it obtained a total of four FISA warrants on Carter Page. The government had until Friday January...

Long before his fall from grace, Woody Allen made a very good movie called Annie Hall. And at the beginning of the movie, he told this joke: "Two elderly women are at a Catskill Mountains resort, and one of them says, 'Boy, the food at this place is really terrible.' The other one says, 'Yeah, I know. And such small portions!'" I'm reminded of this joke whenever a lib complains that the Trump administration isn't holding enough press briefings. They hate Trump and everything he does... and such small portions! And now these sad, broken people are even turning this...

The story of the termination of Soleimani is not an isolated incident. The story is a continuation of the history of a battle on February 7, 2018, near the city of Deir ez-Zur in Syria. A detachment of American servicemen (several dozen people under the leadership of the lieutenant) defeated a motorized battalion (about 600 people), reinforced with tanks and armored personnel carriers, of the Russian military. Only one Russian armored carrier left the battle, and several hundred mercenaries were killed in a short 4-hour battle. Not a single American was even injured. How was such an outcome possible? “The...

Hardly had the possibility surfaced that the GOP- controlled Senate could subpoena him as an impeachment witness, then Joe Biden told the Senate to go whistle. Sounding like Humphrey Bogart or Edward G. Robinson in one of those old black and white gangster films Hollywood used to make, the former vice president said he was “clean as a whistle” over Ukrainian corruption.

The Vision-S concept car was unveiled Monday at CES Sony's new Vision-S EV concept may look a little bland on the outside, but it's what's inside that counts. _____________________________________________________________________ At CES this year, everyone expected Sony to unveil the new PS5 video game console, but instead it unveiled a logo. Meanwhile, absolutely no one expected Sony to reveal its own electric vehicle, but on Monday night the company drove one out onstage. It’s called Vision-S. According to a press release, that’s the name of Sony’s new mobility initiative, and this EV is the “first prototype vehicle to result from [it].”...

It’s amazing how much the Democrats hate Trump. The Democrats in Congress, the Democrats on the evening news, the Democrats in the college classrooms. Their hatred for Donald Trump and the people who voted for him is so great and overpowering that it blinds them to truth and fairness. Hating Trump becomes their defining principle, their primary loyalty, their constant fixation. Like this deal with Iran. In the aftermath of what may be the transformative juncture in the relationship between Iran and the United States, the first bright spot since 1979, all the Democrats can come up with is gloom...

If one bothered to turn back the pages of history it should become quite evident that the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson bears a most eerie resemblance to the current two-count indictment that has been drawn up against President Trump by the Judiciary Committee of the present House of Representatives. A century and a half ago it was the Radical Republicans led by Congressmen Thaddeus Stevens of Pennsylvania and Charles Sumner of Massachusetts who controlled the House with an over eighty-six per cent majority, while today the House is in the hands of radical Democrats who hold a more...

I have been following Rep. Ilhan Omar closely since she defeated a 22-term incumbent in the DFL primary to run for the state legislature representing the West Bank/Little Mogadishu neighborhood of Minneapolis in August 2016. The first time I became aware of Omar’s claim to be a victim of PTSD, however, was just last year, in Benjamin Wallace-Wells’s idiotic March 27, 2019 (New Yorker profile.) W-W snagged an interview with Omar for the profile and quoted her: “You know, I have P.T.S.D. around, like, guns and ammunition and bombs.” According to the account Omar delivered to W-W, Omar’s PTSD dates...

Will Mika Brzezinski be in touch with Nancy Pelosi today to recommend the addition of a new article of impeachment—the high crime of blackmail? The question arises because on today's Morning Joe, Mika strongly suggested that President Trump is blackmailing Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio. She first wondered out loud what Trump "has on" Graham. She later suggested that the President has dug up "dirt" on Graham and Rubio, and has them "under his thumb," coercing them into saying positive things about him. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Officials have begun the process of changing out signs in Glacier National Park in Montana declaring that the glacier would be gone by 2020. Gina Kurzmen, a spokeswoman for the park, said the signs were added more than 10 years ago to reflect the effects of climate change forecasts at the time. They change will more accurately reflect the fate of the glaciers now, she added. The new signs will reportedly read, “When they will completely disappear depends on how and when we act. One thing is consistent: the glaciers in the park are shrinking.” Kurzman said park officials were...

U.S. officials have intercepted chatter and received confirmation that terrorist leaders in Iraq have been fleeing the region and have gone into hiding fearing United States intelligence capabilities after the successful airstrike that killed Iranian Quds Force leader Qassem Soleimani, according to multiple sources that spoke to SaraACarter.com. Soleimani, the leader of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s Quds Force, was killed early Friday morning as he stepped off his plane and headed to the SUV at the Baghdad Airport in Iraq. The U.S. developed extraordinary actionable intelligence to target the most wanted terrorist in the world and it was a ‘precision...
