The Vatican will offer homeless people in Rome not only showers but also haircuts and shaves when new facilities open next month, the head of Pope Francis' charity office said. The Vatican announced last year that it would provide shower facilities in St Peter's Square for homeless people. Russia’s entire Baltic Fleet, as well as air and land forces, will conduct drills this weekend in and around Kaliningrad Oblast, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced Wednesday. The U.S. government suppressed information about chemical weapons it found in Iraq, and several servicemembers were injured by their exposure to those weapons, The New York Times is reporting.
