Two Norman men face felony charges after allegedly breaking into a tunnel under the University of Oklahoma campus to get into a building on the South Oval. Christopher Thomas Boyce, 24, and James Kent Eldridge, 20, were charged Thursday in Cleveland County District Court with conspiracy to commit burglary and second-degree burglary.
