“Today California, tomorrow the world” is the theme of the woke statists up and down the chain, especially those, like Mayor Eric Garcetti and patronage potentate Xavier Becerra, who have been hand picked for national roles by Joe Biden’s operators. They are proudly part of what H.G. Wells once called the “open conspiracy” to reset the globalized West—now, in accordance with what has emerged as a new religion. Through an inescapable social credit system suffusing both public and private life, these officials plan to expropriate our country, our property, and our conscience itself into a vast established church. This is...

Earlier today, YT announced that they’ll no longer allow people to make videos about █████ on their platform. Of course... corporate media outlets can still talk about it. Is this even America? When did Youtube become arbiters of truth? They consider NBC and CBS as "authoritative" news sources. Communist China would be proud.

YouTube has announced it will remove videos criticizing Joe Biden’s alleged victory and reporting on election “fraud or errors,” instead promoting the content of corporate media outlets and fact checkers. Per YouTube, its December 9th decision was guided by its “main goal” of “connecting people with authoritative information, while also limiting the reach of misinformation and removing harmful content.” In reality, however, the platform will likely axe a host of pro-Trump accounts, as it has done before. Specifically, the platform vowed to crack down on any content that exposes “widespread fraud or errors” incurred during the 2020 election: “We also...

Washington, DC (August 31, 2020)—The German Marshall Fund’s Digital Innovation and Democracy Initiative today launches the “Digital New Deal,” a yearlong campaign that will bring together a broad community of policymakers, technical experts, and scholars to create an Internet that supports democracy by enacting specific reforms in five key areas.

We’ve known for a while now that President Trump has been threatening to veto the NDAA unless it includes a provision to repeal section 230 of the 1969 Communications Decency Act. Personally, this has seemed like a rather ill-conceived notion from the start, particularly since it’s likely to backfire in a big way. There’s enough support for the “must-pass” nature of the NDAA and for section 230 that the veto could very well be overridden, handing a win to the bipartisanship crowd in open defiance of the President’s goals. We’ve known for a while now that President Trump has been...

Woke Capital Isn’t a GameConservatives need to stop treating virtue signaling as if it didn’t matter. This summer corporate American cheered on BLM and Antifa as they burned our cities. Now, Twitter and Facebook openly censor information, while Nasdaq asks the government to sanction their stringent new diversity mandates. These news items hammer out a familiar beat, offering a clear glimpse into our future. It is long past time to get smart on what this phenomenon truly represents. The phrase “woke capitalism” often refers to the way multinational corporations ensure their advertisements reflect the latest woke pieties. It should be defined...

This is becoming an all-too-familiar refrain. XYZ Company pulls up stakes in California and expands or moves to Texas or Tennessee. But even for the arrogant California commissars in Sacramento, who have seen more than 13,000 companies leave on their watch in the last few years, this one has got to hurt. It’s got to be a public relations gut punch for California Governor Gavin Newsom, who’s done little to retain all the companies bailing out of Silicon Valley because it’s too expensive to conduct business there. The headquarters for one of the Founding Fathers of the Silicon Valley is...

On Tuesday, President Trump announced that he intended to veto the National Defense Authorization Act if it doesn't include a provision deleting Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act. Trump's purpose is to clip the tech tyrants' wings, something that badly needs doing. However, he's going about it the wrong way and should rethink his announced plan. Once upon a time, the internet was a place of freedom and creativity. The early internet companies offered platforms on which people could publish unmediated content. The companies were the equivalent of giant bulletin boards. No one expected them to police the content...

If ‘the very dangerous & unfair Section 230 is not completely terminated as part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), I will be forced to unequivocally VETO the Bill,’ Trump wrote. WASHINGTON, D.C., December 2, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – President Donald Trump has threatened to veto the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as the annual defense-spending bill is called, unless it does away with Section 230, which provides indemnity to Big Tech companies. A tweet sent by the President On Tuesday night, the president tweeted, “Section 230, which is a liability shielding gift from the U.S. to ‘Big Tech’ (the...

You can't find the report on CNN's website. If you try to upload it anywhere, they quickly flag it for removal. As the saying goes, when you're taking flak you know you're over the target. A report by CNN from 2006 details very obvious voter fraud perpetrated by the government of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez using Smartmatic Voting Systems. But you can’t find the video on CNN’s website. You can’t find it on their YouTube channel or Facebook. You can’t even find it in their archives. The story and the video have been scrubbed completely. They’ve taken it a step...

Section 230, which is a liability shielding gift from the U.S. to “Big Tech” (the only companies in America that have it - corporate welfare!), is a serious threat to our National Security & Election Integrity. Our Country can never be safe & secure if we allow it to stand. Therefore, if the very dangerous & unfair Section 230 is not completely terminated as part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), I will be forced to unequivocally VETO the Bill when sent to the very beautiful Resolute desk. Take back America NOW. Thank you!

Twitter has been more heavy-handed than Facebook when it comes to censoring ideas and information from the conservative side of the spectrum, but don't think for a minute that Facebook isn't involved. Just today, I grabbed screenshots of Facebook going after a video showing ES&S machines transferring vote ratios between precincts in Philadelphia.Today, when I made one of my rare visits to Facebook, this was the first thing I saw:As is clear from the image above, the linked Rumble page (which was posted on November 20) has the title "Smoking Gun: ES&S Transferring Vote Ratios between Precincts in PA." However,...

@john The alleged “Parler hack” is a screenshot from a WordPress website that has been circulated repeatedly over the past 6 months, despite Parler’s multiple responses that we do not use WordPress products, nor WordPress databases. All of our databases are hidden behind multiple layers of security and are not accessible via the web. This is an irresponsible rumor which uses a “techie” looking WordPress config file which is only capable of confusing a journalistic hack, not an actual hacker. If Twitter continues to fact check others, they should also fact check posts such as these that spread viral misinformation....

The offending video was nothing more than an audio presentation of comments made originally by Dr. Roger Hodkinson, a distinguished medical doctor and medical director of Western Medical Assessments. Hodkinson is the former chairman of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada Examination Committee and Pathology in Ottawa. November 20, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – YouTube has removed from LifeSite’s channel a video containing audio of a well-respected doctor discussing the uselessness of masks and widespread public hysteria over the coronavirus, calling it “medical misinformation.” LifeSiteNews is now unable to upload any new videos for a week. The offending video was nothing...

Parler, a social networking app that markets itself as “non-biased, free speech social media focused on protecting user’s rights,” has experienced a spike in popularity in the past two weeks, with roughly one million people downloading the app within a few days of the Nov. 3 election. Users who were upset that large social networks like Facebook and Twitter had taken minor steps to reduce election disinformation propelled Parler to the top of the app download charts on both Google Play and the iOS App Store. As a result, as of November 18, the app is prominently displayed in both...

Recently, the Department of Labor (DOL) announced the creation of the “H-1B One Workforce” apprenticeship program designed to help more Americans enter industries frequently occupied by H-1B visa-holders. According to the agency’s press release, the program would fund “training for middle- to high-skilled H-1B occupations within key sectors in the U.S. economy, including information technology and cyber security, advanced manufacturing and transportation…” The $150 million-dollar program, we are told, is intended “to upskill the present workforce and train a new generation of workers to grow the future workforce…”Sounds good for U.S. workers, it would seem, especially given the present state...

It unfortunately isn’t a surprise anymore when we hear big tech coming after conservative influencers and pundits. It seems pretty clear big tech has been bringing the pot up to a slow boil so the frog doesn’t notice it’s being cooked. But we get it, we get we’re being cooked. The latest ax to fall is on a big name now in the conservative media universe, Dan Bongino. As Legal Insurrection notes, Politico just ran a hit piece on him because he’s emerged as a powerful voice. But Politico falsely framed Bongino’s emergence to ‘conspiracy theories’ about the election. Bongino...

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., on Tuesday pressed Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on a newly revealed whistleblower complaint alleging that Facebook employees coordinate with Twitter and Google employees to make certain content moderation decisions. Hawley said a former Facebook employee "with direct knowledge of the company’s content moderation practices" contacted his office about an "internal platform called Tasks that Facebook uses to coordinate projects, including censorship." "The platform reflects censorship input from Google and Twitter, as well," Hawley alleged. "...Facebook censorship teams communicate with their counterparts at Twitter and Google and then enter those companies' suggestions for censorship onto the Task...
