Moroccan Prime Minsiter, Abbas El Fassi, issued on Wednesday a decree dissolving the Islamist party "Al Badil Al Hadari" (Civilzational Alternative), as part of the dismantling of a terrorist network described as "Jihadist" earlier this week.
