Mark I. Thompson will make the allegation that Hillary Clinton "tried to cut the department's own counter-terrorism bureau out of the chain of reporting and decision-making" as they responded to the Benghazi attacks. Thompson is a former Marine and the current deputy coordinator for operations in the agency's counter terrorism bureau. He will appear before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday to testify about the Benghazi attacks.
