A loophole in Wisconsin election laws poses a significant risk to election integrity, a report finds. More than 140,000 Wisconsinites can vote in the 2024 election without proving their identify by self-identifying as “Indefinitely Confined,” a new report by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty reveals. Through the loophole, voters can receive an absentee ballot indefinitely without ever showing an ID. In 2020 amid the pandemic, 265,979 registered under the exemption, when clerks in Democratic strongholds encouraged voters to exploit the loophole to circumvent Wisconsin’s voter ID requirements in 2020 – a practice later rebuked unanimously by the Supreme...

Anyone who thought America learned from the 2020 Presidential election debacle is sadly mistaken. The Washington Post on Saturday reported that votes in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, two must-win swing states for President Trump and Kamala Harris, will likely take several days to count because of Democrat-friendly absentee ballots, just like in 2020. The Post notes that Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are two of the only states that do not allow pre-canvassing — the act of opening and processing mail ballots ahead of Election Day. Rachel Orey, an elections expert at the Bipartisan Policy Center, told the Post that if the election...

A bankruptcy judge will likely dismiss Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy which will open up the door for the two Georgia election workers to collect the $148 million defamation verdict they won after Rudy got railroaded by Obama judge Beryl Howell and was unable to present any evidence at trial. The judge, Sean Lane, will issue a ruling on Rudy’s bankruptcy on Friday. “Dismissal would remove the shield surrounding Giuliani’s assets and allow the election workers — Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss — and other creditors to pursue his money in the courts.” ABC News reported.

President Joe Biden told congressional Democrats in a letter on Monday that he will continue his reelection bid despite mounting concerns about his mental fitness and the viability of his campaign. “I want you to know that despite all the speculation in the press and elsewhere, I am firmly committed to staying in this race, to running this race to the end, and to beating Donald Trump,” Biden wrote in the letter, obtained by CNN. Biden sought to put growing concerns about his viability to rest in the forcefully worded letter. “The question of how to move forward has been...

We are data guys and we see almost no way Trump wins without Minnesota, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin - which he is on track to lose - handily - again. He doesn’t need to win them all, but losing them all is fatal. Each of these states has industrial scale ballot manufacturing operations creating enough ballots to overcome any “too big to rig” strategy. Just how big is “too big to rig?” Try 4% to 5% of the voter roll - in each of these 4 swing states - contain enough anomalous identity/address combinations that can be voted, via mail-in...

U.S. elections are no longer about “votes,” modern elections in America are about “ballots”. As we have seen in several election cycles, the election winner is not the person who gets the most votes – the election winner is the person who collects, submits and ultimately counts the most ballots. The same is true for the presidential electoral victory; it’s the person who gets the most ballots, not votes. So, let us start by asking the right question: What is a representative from South Carolina doing in Wisconsin visiting ten key ballot counting precincts in three key cities, Madison, Milwaukee...

As it stands, liberal Arizona voting laws have paved the way for non-citizens, whether they are legal or not, to register for and cast a ballot in the 2024 presidential election. U.S. Air Force master sergeant Nick Kupper, who is one of several state legislature candidates vying for a seat in the Arizona House of Representatives’ District 25. While the voting laws do not affect his run for office, he is gravely concerned about the upcoming presidential race. “In Arizona,” Kupper said, “even if the state can’t verify whether you’re a citizen, people can still assert that they are citizens.”...

Before a single vote was cast, the 2020 election was baked into the cake. America’s political and media establishment were not going to let what happened to them in 2016 happen again. ... TIME Magazine - “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election” which describes a vast effort by a network of partisan political operatives, union leaders, and business titans to create a mail ballot “revolution” to oust Trump... a plan hatched by a highly motivated and well-funded few to undermine American democracy as we know it. Even as Democrats such as Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse warn of “right-wing dark-money network seeking to undermine the future of democratic elections in the United States,” progressives have far outstripped Republicans in harnessing the power of putatively non-partisan, nonprofit organizations that push the boundaries to win elections. More than 150 progressive nonprofits spent $1.35 billion on political activities in 2021 and 2022, according to data compiled by Restoration of America, a conservative political action committee. Although there are no readily available estimates of comparable conservative efforts, observers say they are overmatched. “The liberal nonprofit sector is much bigger than the conservative...

Why are every state’s election rolls so dirty – housing tens of thousands of ineligible voters? The reason is voter rolls are never reconciled against other data. Every U.S. corporation must reconcile its financial statements. Cash flow statements must reconcile with the income statement and balance sheet – transparency comes via comparison with known points of reference. Election voter rolls reconcile against NOTHING! Thus, in every state, there are active voters older than Abraham Lincoln – still voting and registering in recent years. Alabama and Kansas for sure! Working with the Georgia election integrity team for months, Fractal developed an...

Georgia elections workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss sued Rudy Giuliani again on Monday seeking to “permanently bar” him from making public statements about them related to their involvement in counting ballots in the 2020 presidential election. The defamation suit was related to Giuliani’s statements about the two Georgia election workers seen on surveillance video from the State Farm Arena tabulation center on election night in 2020. Video played at a Georgia Senate hearing in December 2020 allegedly showed the election workers scanning ballots without an independent state monitor present. "The two women asked the court to prevent Giuliani...
