The music staff at AOL Radio and AOL Music's "Spinner" has come up with a list of the 20 worst songs of all time. In the No. 1 spot: "Who Let the Dogs Out?" by the Baha Men. Other tunes that made the list include "What's Up" by 4 Non Blondes, "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" by Will Smith, "With Arms Wide Open" by Creed, "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls, "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion and, in the No. 2 spot, "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice.
