Los Angeles -- Imprisoned private investigator Anthony Pellicano, who is accused of eavesdropping on Hollywood's rich and famous, called the federal wiretapping case against him bogus and reiterated a promise that he would not testify against his former clients. Pellicano, 62, spoke via phone to the Los Angeles Times for the first time since he was indicted by a grand jury in February.
