LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) - A man from Honduras has been indicted in the slaying of a Las Cruces woman early this month. Ermino Oliva, 33, was indicted Thursday in the Aug. 4 stabbing and beating death of Gail Williams, 53. He’s charged with willful and deliberate murder and tampering with evidence. He is to be arraigned Aug. 29. Bond was set at $950,000. But Oliva would not be released even if he posts bond.
