A popular rockstar just got canceled for sharing the same views as a majority of Americans. On Friday, the gothic makeup brand Vampyre Cosmetics dropped a collaboration with legendary rock artist Alice Cooper over the singer’s recent comments about transgenderism. During a mid-week interview with Stereogum, the performer joined his celebrity peers Paul Stanley and Dee Snider in sharing concerns about the contemporary transgender craze. “I’m understanding that there are cases of transgender, but I’m afraid that it’s also a fad,” Cooper said. “And I’m afraid there’s a lot of people claiming to be this just because they want to...

Republican presidential hopeful Nikki Haley slammed the Senate on Thursday, referring to it as the "most privileged nursing home in the country" after Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) froze during a news conference on Wednesday. Haley said while McConnell has done well leading the Republican Party in the Senate in his nearly four decades in the upper chamber, it was time for him to step away after he had his second recent health scare.

The push to exchange gas for electric in transportation is an idea that has ironically placed the proverbial cart in front of the horse. While the problems of an inadequate power grid, too few charging stations, short range, high costs, long recharging times, and battery fires are real, there are two gigantic issues looming that rival them all. Current state and federal gas-tax regulations siphon off more than $53 billion a year in tax revenue; for reference, about 67 cents from every gallon of gasoline purchased in New York, and around $1.18-per-gallon in California. Those taxes account for more than...

Spain recently won the Women’s World Cup (soccer). It was such a joyful event that during the medal ceremony Luis Rubiales, Spain’s soccer federation president, planted a celebratory kiss on the sweaty lips of player Jenni Hermoso. As a result, feckless FIFA (essentially soccer’s ill-reputed international governing body) have suspended him for 90 days.Unsurprisingly, that’s not enough for the fervid feminists, who want him dismissed for his “sexual aggression.” Rubiales mother is clearly subjective on the matter; nevertheless, she may be right about the criticism of her son being a “bloodthirsty witch hunt.” Luis himself remains defiant, referring to the...

I’m Obama’s college classmate at Columbia University, Class of ’83. I’m also the author of the #1 bestselling hardcover book in America in 2012, “The Ultimate Obama Survival Guide.” I’ve always had Obama’s number. I understand what makes him tick. I understand his goals. First, let’s get the “gay issue” out of the way. I’ve reported on both my radio and TV shows for 15 years that my wealthy, connected friends in Chicago have always said, “Obama frequented gay bathhouses and gay clubs. Everyone in the know, knows Obama is gay.” Now that we’ve heard from Obama’s biographer that Obama...

"Be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Eph. 6:10-12). Victory in battle comes when you identify the enemy, resist his attacks, and then take the initiative against him. Our nation has known many wars, but Vietnam was an especially frustrating campaign....

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said in a letter to his Democratic colleagues Thursday that a potential government shutdown later this month would be the fault of “political games” by House Republicans. “When the Senate returns next week, our focus will be on funding the government and preventing House Republican extremists from forcing a government shutdown,” Schumer wrote in the letter, first reported by Politico. House Republicans have threatened a shutdown when the federal budget runs out Sept. 30 unless they get the budget cuts they want. Schumer vowed to pass bipartisan appropriations bills and urged the House to...

The European Union has been accused of creating Orwellian “ministries of truth” that will ensure wrong thoughts are not allowed in a bid to tackle disinformation online. The Mail has the story. It is expected that those in charge of the platforms that must comply with the regulation will prioritise advice given by EU-approved “trusted flaggers” and fact-checkers monitoring information posted online. Cristian Terhes, a Romanian MP and Member of the European Parliament, argued the bloc’s Digital Services Act provides it with enough power to rule on what content is true and false when it appears on the websites of...

On a recent weekday afternoon, the high-end flagship’s shoe department smelled less like Manolo Blahnik leather and more like a head shop, a stylist told The Post. “It’s jarring when you walk into a high-end department store where you used to smell Chanel perfume and now it’s weed,” the stylist, who requested anonymity, said. (The Post has reached out to Saks for comment). But, she admitted: “Everywhere you go in New York City smells like weed. It’s not just Saks — it’s at Bloomingdales, at the movies … there’s no high-end anymore.” Indeed, brazen New Yorkers are lighting joints on...

I just don't want this to happen to anyone else ... Traci Parker left Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego on Tuesday after an eight-day stay. "If I had not gotten treated when I did, I could have gotten septic." Her ordeal started back on August 3 when she went in for the first of two appointments to get a crown. She was in pain...

President Biden is slated to appear Friday in the White House Rose Garden to comment on the August jobs report, which generally showed a steady labor market. Unemployment, which was expected to hover at July’s 3.5 percent, inched up to 3.8 percent according to the data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The report beat expectations with 187,000 jobs added, a number equal to July’s total. The total percentage of people employed or looking for work rose 0.2 percent after several months without much change. Biden is tying much of his case for reelection to public perception of a...
