Haim: 'Zionism and Arabism in Palestine and Israel, p.8) though not all Palestinian Arabs were Muslims, Muslims were always their defacto bosses, by the 1920s the Mufti controlled the Falastin paper (JTA, October 17, 1929) and in 1937 all Arabs celebrated Muhamma's birthday with Hitler photos (NYT, May 23, 1937), and months later, the Nazis (with the Mufti and his large entourage) established an Islamic Culture hub in Berlin that encompassed all Arab Palstine radicals, even the non Muslims. Reported in (The Sentinel, 2 December 1937): "Headquarters of the Union of Islamic and Christian Arabs, the organization said to be behind much of the terrorism in North Africa, have been shifted to Berlin, and the name has been changed to Islamischer Kulturbund."
