I know hardly anyone, let alone any evangelical Christian who voted for Trump," Galli said, according to the piece. "I describe evangelicals like me as elite evangelicals
and this class of evangelicals has discovered that we have family members so different they seem like aliens in our midst. These other evangelicals often havent finished college, and if they have jobs (and apparently a lot of them dont), they are blue-collar jobs or entry-level work ...They are deeply suspicious of mainstream media. A lot of them voted for Donald Trump.

First rule of Christianity is humility.
He fails.
The same way the current management of Chick-fil-a did. Or the current head of the Ford Foundation, or NPR or …
Somehow liberals seem to worm their way into these position.
**I know hardly anyone, let alone any evangelical Christian who voted for Trump,” Galli said**
Well mr. galli (small caps intentional), I’m thinking that you must live on some liberal college campus, or that you are bearing false witness. I favoring the latter. Loser. Actually worse than that: a sin supporting con man.
I guess he’s secretly a follower of Pope Francis.
In other words, Pharisees.
RE: I know hardly anyone, let alone any evangelical Christian who voted for Trump,” Galli said, according to the piece
One cannot help but wonder what KIND of “evangelicals” Galli associates with, since all post election surveys show that Evangelicals OVERWHELMINGLY voted for Trump.
Also, what kind of evangelical is he?
Does he support abortion up to and including late term abortion? Does he support redefining marriage? Does he support judges who will rule FOR the above policies as a “right”? This question needs to be asked because THOSE are what we will be getting if we vote for Hillary.
Apparently, Galli believes that one can support late term abortion and gay marriage and still all one-self an Evangelical.
Probably took a journalist three years to trip over a Christian publication.
I describe evangelicals like me as elite evangelicals
Elite? To Hell with him being evangelical, the ass isnt even a Christian. Christ would spit this Pharisee out.
Just another leftist who figured out that the best way to advance their agenda was to use religion. Jim Jones was way ahead of his time.
Trump continues to flush out the quislings.
More every day.
A few weeks ago, Trump tweeted that their were 25 million unrgistered Evangelicals.
Since then their have been non-stop attempts to divide this group.
I think you can figure out the motives.
ignorance coupled with arrogance. I believe that is called hubris. Maybe someone else has a better adjective.
A Soros Christian.

Actually the OP posted a bad link. Report this to the moderators.
Galli is an Anglican, not an evangelical. I doubt he KNOWS any evangelicals.
I hang out in normal evangelical circles and count as friends steelworkers, phds, managers, ceos, attorneys, truck drivers, engineers, high ranking army officers, builders etc, most of whom are heavily involved in youth and other ministries. Most are strong supporters of our President
I will point out (again) what I said on another thread about this campaign to peel off evangelicals from Team Trump:
If President Trump resigns tomorrow or gets removed by the Senate next month, Vice President Pence becomes President. And we all know that Mr. Pence is "the real deal" when it comes to Christian faith. Ask your punk-ass Liberal Evangelical friends (or their secular allies) if they want Mike Pence in the White House.
The likely reaction will be fun. I decided that I liked this response better than my natural instinct to retort that I didn't want spiritual advice from members of the Baby Killing Party.
I can’t help it. I honestly doubt the masculinity of any man that doesn’t support Trump
