Somehow liberals seem to worm their way into these position.

I've noticed this too, and not just in larger organizations. What I don't get is their elitist arrogance seems only to be exceeded by their incompetence in most cases. I don't know if it's the Peter Principle at work or what, but it always amazes me how these people get into positions of power and authority over the rest of us.
