I am trying to get the prayer chains going again... For those of you unfamiliar with Jaxson's journey, We have had some previous prayer threads for him over the past few years... Here are links to them to give you some background on Jaxson's condition if you don't know it.

My Daughter, Katie, had a page that has his history on it up to about May '18 here Jaxson's got guts until she stopped updating there and moved it to Facebook... I don't think she has done much updating anything since she started school and working awhile back.
So nice to see his great progress. He is always in my prayers as well as all those caring for him. Please give him a gentle hug from us.
Praise the Lord, Jaxson is doing AWESOME! Still not eating real food yet, Drs said that will be a long road that could take a couple years. We have got him to taste a little stuff, but not much yet. He has put on so much weight that they have reduced his feedings though. He is still being fed through the G-Tube but it is much better than the TPN he used to be hooked to that in the long term damaged his liver, which was a big reason he got a new one of those when they finally did the transplant too. She has appointments set to follow up and see if he is getting any movement in his diaphragm so the trach can be removed and another one set to get his broviac removed soon too, but the ostomy and G/J tube will be a little while still.
He did have one little setback, a few weeks ago. I intended to update the group with and it got missed, but after he finally got home he was playing like a normal kid, his cousins came over to visit and somebody was on one those bouncing exercise balls that has a handle and she lost her balance and bumped him and he fell wrong and broke his leg. It got casted up and he was walking on it today, cast is almost ready to be taken off already...
I also have a few recent photos to share with the group... First we did my home made pizza a couple weeks ago, He has been asking to do this, I always make the kids a small one and let them top their own... He wanted pepperoni and mushroom and had promised he was going to try some this time but did not do it, I think mostly because everybody was swarming around him trying to get him too... He gets a little shy around a whole bunch of people. Usually we can get him to at least lick something and try it. Then was his Halloween picture with his sister, from yesterday, dressed as his favorite character, Sponge Bob. Lastly a couple more of him today, one in the Trump truck parade we all did, riding along waving his flag and the last one, his mommy got to take him for a quick ride in his uncle's Razr after the parade, which he absolutely LOVED!!
That is such wonderful news!
That’s awesome! Thank you for sharing - continued payers up!
+1
Outstanding news!
Still in my daily prayers. God bless you all!
So sorry to hear about the broken leg, but it was nice to know that he was dealing with “normal kid” problems! Living life, doing normal kid stuff, taking normal kid chances, getting the normal kid injuries. I’m praying that no one involved is suffering from guilt over this. Kids doing kid stuff. Adults who aren’t hovering overprotective helicopters. They should pat themselves on the back for letting him be a kid. Praying for a speedy recovery!
Great pictures!
Hes a remarkable young man. Continued prayers for Jaxson and all his family. God bless you.
Thanks for the update!
(((I can’t comment on those dangerous exercise balls because I toot around on a Harley)))

Dear God
Thank you for this truly wonderful example of the POWER of prayer.
We know our prayers are always answered, not always in the way we expect or prefer but in ways that draw each of us nearer to our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
With God ALL things are possible.
Let not your heart be troubled and in all things rejoice and be glad!
Thank you AZ for your updates.
God Bless
