Please pray for all those that are getting tests and awaiting results that may indicate a serious cancer.
This morning a second and much too humble FReeper who (for the moment) will remain nameless has requested prayers for an upcoming scan.
Please add your first name to this thread and we will all pray for your complete healing and freedom from all anxiety by name to the Divine Physician and in prayer may we all be drawn nearer to each other in unity with our brother, Lord and Savior Christ Jesus who desires that we all be as one.
Thank you. Prayers continue.
Did not know of St Lucy as a patron saint for eye disorders.
Prayers(will be offered at Mass today)
for Mary and (baby)Noah and
family during this very stressful time.
My Dad's(William) birthday today,
he was born in 1921(would have turned 98 today)
Eternal rest grant unto William O Lord
and may perpetual light shine upon him.
May his soul and all the souls of
the faithfully departed,
through the Mercy of God
rest in peace.
I love you Dad
Happy Birthday 🙂

My wife and I discovered this in the strangest way.
Our daughter Mary was turning four when
we were expecting our second child,
she wanted a sister Lucy so badly but
we had picked Emily after my wife’s Grandmother
and William after my Dad(very old Irish tradition I am Patrick) for a boy,
Mary was understanding but we had researched the name and found out
about St. Lucy.
We are blessed with a rich history and all of these names have
deep meaning and that is why I prefer to pray using a persons name
rather than FReeper handle but
I don’t let that stop me from praying because I
know God knows who I am praying for even when I don’t.
God Bless

Amen and thanks infool7.((((Hugs))))
Ironically,
my dad was the third C-Section birth
for my Grandma(Ellen),
that was in 1921 and the procedure
is rumored to be named after
Julius Caesar so they have been at
this for quite a long time.
I know that none of this is
consoling right now but I thought
you might find it interesting.
Prayers Continue...
Mass is at 11:20 CDT

I am reading thru this old thread again
to remind me of every ones intentions
before heading off to Mass and
I probably never read through your entire post.
It’s absolutely WONDERFUL!
Better late than never.
Thank you.

Prayers for Mary, Baby Noah, and your whole family. God bless you all!
Thank you for the updates. I will continue to pray for them, along with all Freepers, their families, and loved ones.
I have a prayer request. Our Daughter Mary is giving birth by C-section tomorrow morning around 7 AM EST. Her baby is close to 8 pounds and so far so good. She has a cyst inside of her that is over 5 pounds. The Doctor plans to deliver the baby and then cut the cyst out. We are all on our last nerves over this. Please everyone pray for Baby Noah and that this all goes smooth. Thank you-Fatima
Thank you for the ping. I will certainly keep them in my prayers. I pray for Freepers and their families every day, so they wont be forgotten. I didnt want to post a thread myself, but my youngest son, age 48 had double resection surgery last month for cancerous polyps. He started chemo two weeks ago as a precaution, and has to go every two weeks, for six months. Id appreciate any prayers that could be offered for him. Thanks.
Can I also ask for prayers for a young woman named Hilary, who was in the U.S. Army, but had to leave because they found a cancerous tumor in her stomach. She underwent surgery, and chemo treatments. It's been almost a year since she ended her treatments, and she is cancer free. She has other health issues like Chron's disease too. She really wanted a career in the military, but is now working at a local restaurant to support herself.
Will keep Baby Noah, your daughter, and your family in my prayers. Hugs
Donna
Praying for your loved ones in Jesus Holy Name, Amen.
Thank you...amen!
Prayers up. Babies are so precious. I will tell myself that if it was someone else with the request, Fatima would come up with just the perfect words. Those words are my prayers for your lovely family. God bless you.
Prayers up and continuing for your son, for you and for the rest of your loved ones. Thank you for your prayers—some of us count on them!
Dear fatima, she, you and the rest of your loved ones are in my prayers, now and continuing.
Thank you so very much. There is definitely power in prayer. The Lord shows us that every day!
