Please pray for all those that are getting tests and awaiting results that may indicate a serious cancer.

This morning a second and much too humble FReeper who (for the moment) will remain nameless has requested prayers for an upcoming scan.

Please add your first name to this thread and we will all pray for your complete healing and freedom from all anxiety by name to the Divine Physician and in prayer may we all be drawn nearer to each other in unity with our brother, Lord and Savior Christ Jesus who desires that we all be as one.

Emergency Prayers up for Tammy and Tony.

Dear Father, bring relief from pain for this lady, and fill her with calm and serenity, the peace That passes Understanding, that can only come by Your Holy Spirit. Give knowledge and wisdom to the medical staff so they can accurately diagnose and treat the problem.

Please, we ask that you fill Tammy and Tony with the peace and healing, comfort and joy, that only You can give.
In Jesus Most Holy Name we pray together in agreement.

Can we all pray for my friend Suzie? She and I have known each other since we were 16. She was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. She thought it was going to an easy tumor removal with 6 weeks of radiation to follow. They did the surgery and upon pathology of the removed lymph nodes, they discovered cancer present. A scan to ensure clear margins revealed two additional spots that were not picked up. She had a 2nd surgery to remove those tumors and additional lymph nodes were removed. Once set was clear, the other had cancer.

New treatment plan is much more aggressive. A 2 drug round, every other Friday for 4 treatments followed by a 1 drug round for 12 week. This is capped off with 6 weeks of radiation. Tomorrow was to be her 2nd round of 2 drug chemo.

Tuesday, she was admitted into the hospital with a 103.7 degree fever and vomiting. They suspect cellulitis in the breast and armpit. 14 cc of fluid was drained and it was being cultured to see what bacteria is present and how to treat it. She won’t be released until Saturday.

To top all this off, her mom was hospitalized last week. A bladder cancer survivor but has had continual issues. She has a “weird bacteria” which is being treated at home with IV antibiotics and is supposed to have surgery to repair a fistula around the time Suzie starts her weekly chemo. Her mom’s name is Teri.

Suzie is one of the strongest women I know, she’s been through hell and back with her kids and they are 21 and 19, somewhat settled (rehab and rebellion) now. As she said to me today, she is “over all of it” She is so tired of all the adversity. I know that God has never promised that our lives would be easy, but that He would always be present to help us through it. I know she is wondering where God is in all of this. So if you don’t mind, please keep Suzie, her kids, and her mom Teri in prayer.

Glorious wonder-worker, St. Peregrine, you answered
the divine call with a ready spirit, and forsook
all the comforts of a life of ease and all the
empty honors of the world to dedicate yourself to God
in the Order of His holy Mother.

You labored manfully for the salvation of souls. In union
with Jesus crucified, you endured painful sufferings
with such patience as to deserve to be healed miraculously
of an incurable cancer in your leg by a touch of
His divine hand.

Obtain for Our Dear Suzie and her mother Teri the grace to answer every
call of God and to fulfill His will in all the
events of life. Enkindle in their hearts a consuming
zeal for the salvation of all men.

Deliver Suzie and Teri from the infirmities that afflict their bodies

Obtain for them also a perfect resignation to the sufferings
it may please God to send, so that,
imitating our crucified Savior and His sorrowful Mother,
they may merit eternal glory in heaven.

Thank you everyone for all of your kind and beautiful prayers. We seem to have had an extra helping lately but the Lord has been so very Kind and Merciful in each of our requests and so there is good reason to expect that His Mercy which is everlasting will continue and even grow as we reach up to Him in humble prayer.

We don’t understand why families go through trial and tribulation, but You, GOD, have plans for them, plans for good and not for evil to give them a future and a hope. You bend down to hear their prayers. You keep all of their tears in a bottle. You promise to see them through.

In the Name of JESUS we rebuke cancer, infirmity, infection, and malady in this family. “Bow to the Name of JESUS, foul spirits. We take authority over You in the Name of JESUS and cancel your assignments on Suzie, her mother, and her two children.”
