Q: In Latin America, the Pope delivered a sharp speech against capitalism, calling the relentless pursuit of prophets the "dung of the devil." A lot of people are wondering, will he bring a similar message to the United States this September?
A: I don't know if the Pope wants to repeat that kind of speech.

Sounds about right, coming from this pope.
Why would he alter his message? Does he not believe what he preaches?
I liked the story about the whale that was stranded...
I hope that Pope F. comes out full commie, anti-gun, NWO global totalitarian government. I know his advisors will say cool it and not to turn off the American Catholic money train, but I don’t think he can help himself. American Catholics are better off keeping that money in their pocket than spending it on pope F.’s vision of the future.
I know a lot of Catholics say we’ve had good popes and bad popes, but the church has always come through. True. But I think that the game’s up and pope F. is making a convincing case for himself as the last pope.
My concern as well.
A Pope who panders? That does not sound like faith. That sounds like politics.

pursuit of prophets

Well, that is evil if one is pursuing a prophet in order to do him harm.
The Gates of Hell shall not prevail against the Catholic Church.
This pope is totally media driven. He says whatever he thinks will get him the most gushing media coverage.
There are two countries with intelligent and generous contributors that actively dislike this pope: the U.S.and Spain. He has gone out of his way to insult the Spanish, who loved BXVI, and to remove or harass good bishops. And the same in the U.S.
But the country that contributes more than any other to the Church is the U.S., and it’s the conservatives who contribute. So I think somebody told him to watch his mouth while he’s here, because they need the bucks for His Humbleness.
My husband and I have quit giving any money to the church. Between the Marxist crucifix, anti capitalism and environmental encyclical rants we see no reason to fund any of this anymore. This is the only way we Catholics in the pew can make our displeasure known.
