As Joel and Victoria Osteen get ready to launch their "America's Night of Hope" tour, ticket scalpers are in high gear.
The tour starts Saturday at Yankee Stadium.
On Thursday morning, two seats in the first row of the stadium's Delta Suite B were for sale on eBay and StubHub for $850 each.
In an effort to minimize ticket scalping, the Joel Osteen organization does not sell tickets in large blocks, Davis said.
On Thursday, Victoria Osteen was with a group of children at the Bronx Zoo as part of the project, David said. "Mentoring was the theme," she said. "We took about 300 kids from local schools and let them experience a fun day at the zoo."

That’s the way most Catholic venues for speakers are done too.
Is this a worship service? Some churches used to sell pews, but from the Sermon on the Mount to the Billy Graham crusades, I have never heard of a Christian worship service that charged admission.
bump
does this guy sell tickets for regular Sundays at his arena too? How much do season tickets cost?
LOL! I would certainly hope not.
Can you get box seats?
About twenty seconds of his nonsense was all I could stand.
His wife should be named “Tammy Faye”!
Lots of judgment on this thread.
If the man gets people curious about Christ, isn’t that a positive?
Didn’t Jesus says whoever isn’t against us is for us? If he sends 90-95% of his revenue to help the poor and televise a positive Godly message, why are critics so mad?
Why do critics demand their way only?
Whose the perfect (human) preacher Osteen should copy?
“Tickets?!”
foam fingers are probably big...
could say “God #1” or something
How often does he ever mention Christ? I think they are curious about other things.
I haven’t heard that he sends anything to help the poor. and he is not going to televise anything about God. He is selling “a better you”, he is a self-help guru
Im not really familiar with him, but thought he is a Christian minister? No?
No. Word-Faith. Lite. A variety of conjuring.
Easy test for scammers. If they have greased back hair, they are a crook easy test and works every time.
thats the difference between an evangelistic crusade and a show.
Thank you. Charging for the Minstrel Show.
The idea that any false preacher on TV is better than not is hideous. Did you think Tilton was a great guy too?
Harvest Crusades (Greg Laurie) do not charge admission.
I wouldn’t attend if I was paid to go.
