There is no philosophical vacuum called “Freedom from Religion”. Every sentient being has a religious worldview. It is either godless or God-centered. This is axiomatic.

Also...There is almost nothing in this life that is religiously neutral in content or consequences. This is one of the major reasons why government should be as limited as possible and most civic services should be provided by the free market.

After I finished laughing out loud, I realized that if there was an "on-the-fence" Catholic in the audience, this might just prick their conscience to make a firmer stand on behalf of the Church, perhaps even return to full participation.

After 13 years of being away, and almost becoming a Pastor in another denomination, I am coming home to the RCC. Thanks to the care and friendship of my Parish Priest, the care and support of my family and the calling of the Holy Spirit. There are many of us (including my girlfriend who is converting) returning home. Praise God!

Whether or not someone “QUITS” the church is a matter of their personal faith and decision. However, it's very disingenuous to approach a nominal catholic, who barely knows the Lord, and encourage them to QUIT the faith they barely know for an ideology that has it's absolute “roots” in secularism. I personally pray for the conversion of heart to the Lord for all peoples; not a walking away.

On the other hand, the publicly and highly visible obstinate Catholic dissidents such as Pelosi, Kerry, Sibelius ... and the list is endless; should all be publicly EXCOMMUNICATED from the Catholic Church until they repent of their allegiance to Lucifer.
