Here is a poll question that would like to know what religion we Freepers consider ourselves.
What Religion Are You Freeper?
I know that most Freepers consider ourselves to be a Christian, but there are many of you Freepers who tend to keep your religion to yourselves and basically stick to the political issues. However, inquiring minds would like to know, and it would only take few seconds to answer the poll question.
TOPICS: General Discusssion; Ministry/Outreach

I am a Christian. Nothing more, nothing less:
Acts 11:26 (New International Version)
v26 ...and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.

I belong to the General Church of the New Jerusalem (New Church). It is a very small church established by the Lord in preparation for His second coming. It is based on the Writings of Emmanuel Swedenborg, a 18th century mystic and theologian.
More on my home page.
Since we moved from the Philadelphia area, we have been attending our community Episcopal Church here in Kansas. Nice conservative folks.

Religion, or lack thereof?
I claim no belief in any deity.
But when pressed in debate, I may temporarily rely on the infinite wisdom of the Invisible Pink Unicorn (PBUHH).

LOL.....Too funny, but so true.
All joking aside, there are certain aspects that a Christian cannot equivocate upon.
However, there are many doctrinal beliefs that are truly brought on because of the differences between men that will neither save you nor cause you to be lost.
Confused maybe, but not lost.

i have no religion to be honest, but I follow some of the commandments from Jehova. Just the easy ones?
To: OneVike
I'm a non-sectarian because I can't abide by the layers of worldly dogma built up by the organized religions. I subscribe to the fundamental tenets of Judaism.
