[My Favorite Headache]

Join me in prayer this morning as my sister goes in for immediate surgery for breast cancer. It was discovered Wednesday after she had been away on a cross country trip for 2 months and just could not kick a flu like feeling and bad back pain. The doctors said they wanted to go in as soon as possible to get it out.

They are doing a lumpectomy this morning in Maryland. She is 44 yrs old...they are not sure until they get in there just how far it has spread.

I pray that the cancer is discovered early and that Laura recovers, and that her discomfort from surgery is minimal.

My wife went through a breast cancer ordeal in 1996, and is doing well. We do a lot of natural stuff as well. Freepmail me if you want more info.

Just got the call...she is out of surgery and just leaving recovery. They don’t believe it spread past the breast thank God and they were convinced they got it all out. They will do some more tests with what they got out to determine if chemo or radiation is the next step.

Thank you all again for your prayers today. It seems a lot of them were being pushed her way. Thanks again and I will update if anything should come about from more testing post-surgery.
