The Neverending Story
An ongoing debate on Scripture, Tradition, History and Interpretation.
Statesmen may plan and speculate for liberty, but it is religion and morality alone which can establish the principles upon which freedom can securely stand. The only foundation of a free constitution is pure virtue. - John Adams |

I'm a Jew. OH! I assumed since the title of this thread is the Christian Chronicles you were Christian. My mistake!
Where were we, oh yes, let's try Deu 7:6, Deut 10:14-15, Psa 33:12.

One shudders to think of what can survive the next round of applying the same lens to his newfound faith. Will he discover that the Babylonians also have flood myths, and some date these to be older than the Hebrew accounts? Using the same methods used to deconstruct Christianity, he can deconstruct Judaism. Dave I don't agree with much you say but I've been thinking about this one and its exactly what Steven and malakhi have done IMO and I'm wondering if they were to undertake with the same zeal and methods that they have in decoustructing Christianity and apply that to Judisiam what would happen to their faith or beliefs?
What do you guys have to say?

Please be aware that in the early hours of Easter morning Rochester Fan, Wrigley and nobdsyfool were banned according to the Lead Moderator's post #3252.
Apparently it is not a permanent banning, but a banning of some days.
If someone wants to consult the GRPL, currently listed on nobdysfool's homepage, as I directed a Reformed believer to yesterday, they may be confused.

Yes I just caught up, but I still see no reason to ping the mods to your post, could you explain your reason if you would?

I guess I just wondering what this seeming struggle between the Creator Christ and the creature Satan all means in the cosmic drama that Calvinists believe in ?
Calvinists are not dualists , there is no "competation" between God and Satan . God is sovereign over Satan .Satan can do nothing without the permission of God.
So ... what's going on here between Christ and Satan ?

It gets better lol. This is his thread. Just because he doesn't believe NT scripture doesn't assume he doesn't know it. He's ready to go once he gets the "accepting" part down :')

and secure in our faith that the Trinity abides forever. If you want to find security in those claims fine. We "all" don't have to. Nor would want to. :-)

What purpose does it serve to ping the mods to this post? Obviously he believes a non-trinitarian position is disruptive. And he will do God service if the thread gets shut down.

Obviously he believes a non-trinitarian position is disruptive. Can't disagree with her here, BTW Steven the Doc is a she.
And he will do God service if the thread gets shut down.
I don't believe the Doc thinks this, I've only seen her speak in favor for free speech, as a matter of fact she would love to tell you what she really thinks. :)

By the way, I totally understand your disagreement with this position but tell me how its disruptive?

By the way, I totally understand your disagreement with this position but tell me how its disruptive? It pisses me off that I can't get you to see the truth of the matter, and I can't reach thru the computer screen and slap you around. :)
