Even people in my area where Cruz is from say he scares them more than Davis, and if it appears he is going to win, they will vote NO on the recall. I feel the same way. He is scary, and an ASS!

He by far in this debate, is the one who is really on top of the issues. life sometimes is just not fair, and this is one of those situations. One thing I know coming out of this debate, is that no liberal should ever have control of the taxpayer's money, anywhere, any place, or any time.!!!

Excellent point. In many races the Democrats wind up "bribing" their way into office using public money, because the Republicans offer dishwater candidates. It's a danged shame that we are wasting two powerful candidates on one race, as you note are here tonight in California.

I agree with you and other posters that there must be a future for McClintock in California or national politics. Too much talent to let go. (He does have to learn to talk less like an accountant or college prof, though.)
