An Army Islamic chaplain, who counseled al Qaeda prisoners at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, naval base, has been charged with espionage, aiding the enemy and spying, The Washington Times has learned.

Capt. James J. Yee, a 1990 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., was arrested earlier this month by the FBI in Jacksonville, Fla., as he arrived on a military charter flight from Guantanamo, according to a law-enforcement source.

I saw this post of your's a few hours ago. I wanted to reply then, but I had to do and read other things first.

Do you have any links that could help me to substantiate this remark? Personally, I think that any military person with close ties to the Clintons is highly suspect.

Maybe there is nothing to this to be concerned about but given the facts of how islam is promoted and organized I do at times get an uneasy feeling about all this

I'm sorry to inform you, but you're not being paranoid. There are known al-qaeda agents in that area of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex (Arlington and nearby). The people in the Plano-Richardson area have things a bit better; the mosque there (and the associated Holy Land Foundation "charity") just have ties to the Hamas and Hezballah terrorist organizations.

Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to do anything about it. Your local FBI office has some serious issues with the problem due to their own status of being compromised (at least one muslim agent who refused to accurately report back or allow himself to "spy" on fellow Muslims), as well as the large political clout the Moslem "religious community" has in that area (especially with the federal government, but even the local Dallas government was willing to use tax dollars to build the Richardson Mosque a new parking lot, excused because it could also be used as a DART park-and-ride facility).

Oh, and if you happen to see those clear plastic boxes in various delis, restaurants, etc. in your area asking for charitable donations, don't put your change in them. That money is funnelled to Palestinian terrorists.

Why not form a special unit (a Brigade, perhaps) for loyal Muslims? A 'la the Japanese-American Regimental Combat Team (who number I now forget) in the Second World War.

Thanks for the heads up on this; time has a way of getting away from you and this is a steep learning curve for most of us. Glad to know there are those among us on top of this thing. Is it very closely monitored or loosely accepted and if the latter what can be done legally to shut these things down or force closer scruitny of them?

Who knows. I can tell you that I know Muslims who I could not imagine would support violence against anyone. However, IMO there are a greater percentage of fanatics within the followers of Islam than in other religions and groups, and that these fanatics are more prone to violence and upheaval (which, by the way, is why the foolish Left have adopted their "cause" so zealously -- "bring it all down, man").

The Islamic Chaplain's Corps needs to be disbanded. Muslims on active duty in the United States Armed Forces should be honorably discharged. No exceptions.
