I think I am so mad at the French that I will never get over it. Truly. I do believe they are the cause of deaths and of Saddam stickiing around so long. They would stab all of us in the back. I would never rejoice at anyone innocent dying. I don't want to burn the Louvre or artworks. I just want them to come begging for us to help them with their terrorist problem or any problem they have, say a famine would be nice. Then we would go, because we do, we just do, that is who we are. And then they would bash us after we leave. I cannot get over that.

Then we would go, because we do, we just do, that is who we are. And then they would bash us after we leave. I cannot get over that.I've noticed that grown children who rely on their parents too long seem to become ever more resentful and angry with their parents. Their real anger comes from the realization that they should be able to stand on their own, but they can't.
I think the French have the same complex. All that history and culture, and yet they must constantly rely on the wealth and might of the upstart U.S. Hating us is the way France's leaders face the mirror each morning, and put themselves to sleep at night.
There, there, Frogs. There, there...

You may be right. But I think they are congenitally nasty people. Maybe it is some chromosomal thing. The human genome project ought to get on the case right away.

Except that it's not at the top.

Aren't the French too sophisticated to play with matches?

Thanks! A website with a generous sample opens up possiblities that even the 5th Ave houses can't match, IF the book is tailored to a reachable niche market. (My 2 cents.)
