Whoever thought up this concept of Eminent Domain must have had a screw loose or something. This is really stupid.
If all else fails, the state should give him a life-lease, rather than using eminent domain to force him from his home.
#1: Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
#2 A heavy progressive and graduated income tax.
#3 Abolition of all right of inheritance.
#4 Confiscation of the property of all immigrants and rebels. (remember who gets to define these terms)

#8 Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies , especially for agriculture.
#9 Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of population over the country. (RED ALERT)
