On the eve of Thanksging we paused to remember those who are overseas.
Many of our service men and women will be spending their 1st Thanksgiving
away from home, family and friends.
Today military stationed in the continental United States will be celebrating Thanksgiving.
It is because of their devotion to duty, honor and country
that we will be able to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Just wanted to add my gratitude to those whose sacrifice and service has secured the freedoms I enjoy. To the men and women in uniform: A heartfelt thank you and may God watch over you always.

It takes us all, Dubya, it takes us all. We all make a pretty good team, don't ya think, when we remember that the Canteen is for our troops, our veterans, their families and our allies. And thank you too, for the part you play in that support.
