Hey, I like the Utah ping list!
To: Excuse_My_Bellicosity
Works pretty well. I finally made one today, there are times when I find stuff that Utahns would be interested in, now I have a quick way to ping everyone. :)

Funny how the Salt Lake Tribune (a three blink paper) couldn't find it in their wisdom to cover this. I live in Salt Lake and this is the first I've seen the presentation. Not even the idiots on TV have mentioned this to my knowledge. Salt Lake TV is made up of cutesy little pretty people reading the news, joking with each other about the local football teams (high school) and no clue about the rest of the world. I know one of the people at the flag company. Name is Frank Huff an important Utah Artist. I'll call him tomorrow to get a first hand report.
I also Live in Southern Utah. Down there it is a project of the Boy Scouts as it is here to post flags on every patriotic holiday. A wonderful site. Thanks Utah Girl!!!

Thanks for the ping, Utah Girl. We plan to visit this week.

Thanks for the great ping, Dansangel! Wonderful post WS. Thank you for such a touching story and pictures to go along with it. I know how you feel about the media not covering it. One day in Seattle we had a rousing patriotic rally with several thousand people, hundreds of flags flying, and joyous people.
The paper couldn't come up with room for a 3x5 photo, much less a front page stunner. They did manage on one importatn holiday to include a HALF PAGE photo of a woman and her dog. (That was the day our servicepeople came back from Shina after being freed.) Sick, conservatives MUST get hold of a newspaper publishing company!!!!

...something tells me this display will make for some equally amazing photos after
a fall of a foot or two of snow...
(If it can be left up for that...)

Theses pictures are breathtaking. I wish I could have experienced this first hand.
WSGilcrest, Thank you for posting this; it is something that we all should see. What a great thing for this company to have done. Thank them from all of us.

This tribute was in the local news, that is how I found out to go there and see it. I don't know if they had stated anything in the papers. This tribute only lasted that week then they sold the flags to whomever came down and wanted one.
To: scaredkat
Thanks, scaredkat. I was hoping that wasn't the case.

Breathtaking is right! Just beautiful!!!!!
Thank you, Angel. : )

**Utah remembers the victims of September 11, 2001**
Beautiful, I would have liked to have seen it on FoxNews however.

Our youth group did a similar display on with pink and blue small pennant shaped flags to show the boys and girls killed through abortion in one year in the State of Oregon. It must have evoked some emotion, for there were several Letters to the Editor criticizing their display.
Pro-Life bump!
