With respect, your brush is a bit broad. The fellow who callously invaded his neighbor with tanks strikes me as a bit more of a bully than the fellow who threw him out. The guys who shot women in the head in soccer stadiums for religious offenses strike me as more of a bully than the ones who chased them back into their caves. A large number of people who are irreconcilably set on driving the inhabitants of another country into the sea and have attempted to do so by force of arms on several occasions over several decades, seem to answer the description "bully" more closely than we do. One of these people, who is a military dictator of country number 1 above, now wants to build an atomic bomb. Opposing him is termed "bullying." I dissent.
