Prayers for my Dad

My father was just diagnosed with colon cancer and I would like to ask for prayers for his surgery this Friday (8/30/02) and for his recovery from this terrible disease. He is a gentleman, a Christian and a family man who taught me most of the important things I rely on to this day. I can only hope be a good of a man and father as he has been. Thank you all.

May He give you and your father and family the strength to weather the storm and to find comfort in His warm embrace of love. We ask this in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Prayer on the way for your Dad. Mine had colon cancer probably 30 years ago - had surgery, and is still fine at the ripe old age of 85.
