No problem. There is a time and a place to debate who is the better parent in different cases. Obviously, this is one of those where the answer is clear. If the father in this case was a responsible father, he would go through the legal system to get his son, and since they are just starting the divorce process, I don't see how it is likely that the custody hearing would have already taken place. It is very obvious to me that he is
not a stable person, since he took his son against court orders and given his violent background.
I have seen mothers who should not even be mothers, believe me. They just dump their kids with whoever is most convenient. This has nothing to do with this case, however. He has already proven by his prior and current actions that he should not be alone with the child.
Illbay...I admire your dedication to your daughter and the fight you gave to keep her with you. She is a lucky girl. I will pray that things turn out well for all of you. Deej

No kidding. Something's up, because after it came up before, I had to log back in (not unusual) but then I signed off my ISP and when I went back to FR, I had to sign in again. I think there may be problems with the site security.

CD, what in heck is going on with FR today? I've had to log on each time even though my cookies are enabled. It was down for a bit. Now, all those posts pulled???
Ah, well. This too shall pass.
Praying for Baby Billy's return.

I think that it's just a server quirk, not security problem. I could be wrong, though -- I don't administrate a webserver anywhere.

Well...the only reason I said that (and I guess I should have mentioned this before) is that one or more members have been getting email from a disenchanted ex-Freeper to their PRIVATE emails, even though they are not listed on the forum. Also, another freeper was able to access (by accident of course) another freeper's account.

I was getting ready to do the NC FRN Chapter thread when it crashed.
Since then my boss has interrupted me EVERY time I got ready to start on it again.
The nerve of some people! :^)
Oh well. My problems are miniscule compared to mini-teacup's right now.

Bump and a prayer.

And if a positive ID is made -- based on tag # and description of car -- breaking or putting a hole in the red lense of the vehicle's rear lights could make all the difference in the world (especially at night) to those on the lookout for or following/pursuing the vehicle. The fugitive probably wouldn't notice but anyone who sees such a vehicle may take notice that they otherwise would not......
