I'm Chris Knight And I'm Here To Rescue You!
Tue, Nov 20, 01 07:00:00 PM EST
And now, a special message from one of TheForce.net staff:
Dear Lisa,
Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
When my belief was broken, He sent you... and you taught me anew the joy of a childlike faith.
When hope seemed shattered, you gave me a smile... and the light in your eyes spurred me on to go the distance.
When I debated whether there really could be such a thing as pure love in this world, you came into my life... and the matter was forever settled in my heart.
You've taught me how to live again, to enjoy this sacred gift to its fullest. And now, more than anything else, I would choose to share this gift with you.
We have been served by Christ as His bride. And I thank Him that of all the guys in this world, I might serve Him together with you... and serve you as my own precious bride.
-- Chris
I'm not sure how though.
No no no no.... See #77.
Dang, I really botched the set-up for posting those!
NO NO NO, I mean you and Lisa.
Yessir, I'll be the Man Who Came To Dinner....and wouldn't leave. :-)
The first couple of pics were bad but the mock light saber fight there really takes it over the edge. I don't even want to talk about the group pic with the saber over the head.
I'm gonna have to drink for a week straight to recover.
Aw Jeez!
You guys didn't fall for that Husbands-in-law crap did you?
Serious now. Marriage is wonderful. Marrying my wife is the best thing that ever happenned to me. If I had to do it all over again, I would have taken 36 valium with a Boones Farm chaser at age 9.
You couldn't possibly be serious.
Thats quite a saber.....
I have no retort for that that isn't either cliche or wildly inappropriate.
Always keep it lubricated. Tools last longer when well oiled. The more you use a tool, the better it works -- and the more proficient you are at using it. Tools should never be placed anyplace too cold. Make sure to store your tool in a warm, dark place on a regular basis.
I believe it's called a "wake".
Thanks for this post, Laz. I had always heard that you suppossed to keep your tool in a cool dry place.
Explains why they won't let me take the tour of the city morgue anymore.
