Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) renewed her call for a “national divorce” to divide the country along partisan lines on Monday — this time citing the fractured response to the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and federal funding disputes in Congress.
“There is nothing left to talk about with the left. They hate us,” Greene wrote on the social platform X. “To be honest, I want a peaceful national divorce.”
“Our country is too far gone and too far divided, and it’s no longer safe for any of us,” she added.

Dr. Steve Turley:
“In just the last 72 hours, tens of thousands of radical leftists who actually thought they could celebrate a political assassination online with impunity are now finding themselves suddenly unemployed. They’ve all been fired. In fact, the aftermath of Charlie’s assassination has triggered what some are calling the largest coordinated firing spree in American history. What started as leftists gleefully celebrating a man’s murder has turned into a nationwide purge that’s destroying careers, ending livelihoods, and exposing the true face of liberal hatred for all to see.

Brillant idea, not. Where are you going to divide it you stupid grandstanding idiot?
What the hell does she mean by that?
This case isn’t your garden variety partisan politics.
Prayers. 😓
I live in Washington State.
Would like to remain be in the union.
🤨
The Hill is always on top of anything divisive to our side.
She’s doing her usual fund raising for herself as in “See I am more “MAGA” than anyone else”.
It’s not a bit too far, we can no longer co-exist with these people. It’s not going to happen, but its definitely not too far.
“I will pray for the left, but personally I want nothing to do with them,” she wrote. …Except when she parrots the left’s propaganda about Gaza. Then she’s just fine with the left.
She isn’t the only one thinking along these lines.
But how to do it, is near impossible!
I would say she was not understanding Charlie Kirk. He himself would not be advocating her “solution”.
Charlie, as his wife is doing, would instead insist we have to step up the efforts of things like Charlie did; which was engagement dialogue directly with our opponents, not “divorce”.
But on the bright side, there’s thousands of job openings vacated by evil Leftists!
They’re going to demand that you feed them and keep making alimony payments, so I don’t see the point.
I prefer to let it go a bit longer and force and more direct action.
While Trump and his team pull open the terrorism drawer, Rep. Greene calls for divorce. It’s the paradox of our time: some want to fight to preserve the house, others want to walk away from it. But history remembers who stayed in the storm, and who looked for the first door out. Sunshine patriots don’t light the way in days like these
