Howdy, luvie.
Nice enough outside this evening to sit with the kitties for a few and enjoy the fresh air?
Got kinda warm here this afternoon but it’s pleasant now. Too bad the air isn’t very fresh.

Hey there, radu!
Yes, it probably is, and I might do it when I go out to feed the little scamps. I just finished my dinner. Gonna have a cookie, and by that time, the cat-feeding alarm will have gone off. LOL!
Was it also nice enough there to sit out or did you get some rain? Is it still nice and cool?

Sounds like we both had a late supper this evening. Enjoy your cookie. I grabbed a handful of Rollos and am nibbling on them. :-)
It’s nice enough temp-wise to sit outside but the air’s full of pollen. Not only the cotton but ragweed has reared its ugly head. Plus I kicked up a LOT of dust when I mowed this afternoon. No sitting outside for me!
Gonna be a bit hot the next couple of days, the we get a 78-degree day Saturday. That’ll be NICE!

Ooooo....a 78 ยฐ day sounds lovely! That would be a nice day to sit out in. I’m guessing that you were able to take care of some of that piled up cut grass today? Bet it looks really nice out there.
Same here with the pollen. The tumbleweeds are our biggest pollen-maker right now, but ragweed and any wildflower...and some tame ones...are right behind.

We had a few days last week in the 70s and it IS nice. Looking forward to another day of it, and cooler days afterwards. It’ll be hot again by next weekend though.
I mowed along the driveway this afternoon. It was shaggier than the yard and the way Cuz mowed it, grass clippings were in large clumps. I mowed it my normal way and everything’s spread out nicely. IF it doesn’t rain tomorrow, I’ll start on the yard. They say we could have showers and maybe storms roll through though. *sigh*
We have grass and flowers pollen all summer. Ragweed’s a butt-kicker on its own and added to the rest of the mix - UGH!!
And harvest season is cranking up here. The early-planted fields are being cut now and with it so dry, there’s dust in the air. Kinda takes the fun out of the weather cooling off.

Oh, no! If they are harvesting around there, it’s not long till it’s cotton’s turn, and we both know how nasty for the allergies THAT’S gonna be. Has your farmer started harvesting his corn yet? Seems like I remember that he planted a bit late.
Evidently, we have year-round allergens, too, ‘cause not a day has passed that I haven’t had a sneezing, coughing, or nose-blowing moment or 10. Just seems that this last month has been especially bad.
