Interesting to see terrorist sympathizer Maher Bitar’s name on the participants list of this NSC meeting [December 9, 2016 in Obama's White House Situation Room] where the Russia Hoax conspirators hatched their plan.
Shortly after this PC [Principals Committee meeting of the National Security Council], Bitar would leave the executive branch to go work on HPSCI [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] for disgraced former Congressman Schiff.
It would appear that through Bitar, Obama was able to continue, after his term ended, his illegal attempts to take down @realDonaldTrump

It wasn't "around noon". At 11:59 AM, Susan Rice was the United States National Security Advisor. At 12:01 PM, she wasn't.
She wrote the memo (and assigned "top secret" classification to it) as a private citizen, using US government property, in an office no longer hers, at 12:15 PM.
And she cc: Curtis Ried, a name we haven't heard much about.
This is the Democrat Communist Party’s version of Democracy.

I would donate for any electric chair use federal prisons will have with these criminals.
Ted Cruz is sponsoring a bill to declare the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization. Obama along with the communist Muslim convert, John Brennan and their fellow travelers seeded the bureaucracy with Muslims. So much deep state trash to take out, so little time.
