During some of the darkest days in American history, when COVID fear ruled the airwaves and mandates crushed personal freedom, one man chose principle and freedom over power and obedience. Dr. Kirk Moore is a decorated Navy flight surgeon who doesn’t just fight for lives; he also fights for basic human dignity, something that was sorely lacking during Biden’s dystopian COVID-era.

When the Biden regime stripped Americans of their right to choose what went into their bodies, when people were being forced to choose between a jab they didn’t trust and the job that fed their families, Dr. Moore quietly stepped in with a much-needed lifeline.

Dr. Moore gave his fully informed patients an alternative to the vaccine. A shot of saline. And for that, the Biden DOJ wants to put him behind bars for 35 years.

No one died because of what Dr. Moore did. In fact, with everything we know now, there’s a good chance he saved lives. And isn’t that what doctors are supposed to do?

At a time when people were being fired, banned from school, denied transplants, and even disowned by family members over a shot they didn’t want, and that didn’t even work, Dr. Moore gave them something they no longer had… a choice.

The Biden regime called that a “crime.”

Dr. Moore was thrown in solitary confinement for 22 days. He was treated like a violent felon for respecting medical consent. While Big Pharma cashed billions and public health “experts” lied and changed the rules on a whim, this man stood his ground.

That’s what they really hate… political dissent of any kind.

But the Biden regime has fallen, and President Trump is back in action, so there’s no reason why this sham case should still be ongoing.

And now, thanks to Marjorie Taylor Greene, someone in Washington is finally saying what millions of Americans already know in their gut: Dr. Kirk Moore is a hero, not a criminal.

Rep. Greene is calling on the Department of Justice to drop every single charge against Dr. Moore. In a post that’s already lighting up social media, she lays out exactly what’s at stake—it’s not just about Dr. Moore but for every American who was bullied, blackmailed, or betrayed by the government during the COVID years.

Here’s what she said:

I am writing a letter to the DOJ asking all charges be dropped against Dr. Kirk Moore. who is facing thirty five years in federal prison for destroying thousands of vials of COVID-19 vaccine, giving his patients vaccine cards without taking the shots, and injecting saline into children whose parents wanted them to believe they got vaccinated without risking the deadly side effects.

This man is a hero, not a criminal.

The charges were filed under Biden’s DOJ, not Trump.

The Covid vaccine kills and injures people, but this brave doctor, who is a veteran by the way, is being prosecuted for helping people avoid tyrannical vaccine mandates under Democrats.

Big Pharma was given billions of taxpayer’s dollars for experimental covid vaccines and then the MrNA covid vaccines were forced on Americans, our military, and our children against their will.

Covid vaccines do not stop the spread of covid and are proven to cause life threatening myocarditis, miscarriages, strokes, blood clots, and many other issues that many Americans are angrily still dealing with today.

There are millions of reports on the VAERS system of deaths and vaccine injuries for the COVID vaccine that still have never been investigated.

Dr. Kirk Moore is a hero, not a criminal!

In the end, COVID and the vaccine were never about public health, were they? No. It was about control and their great reset. And Dr. Kirk Moore stepped in and broke their little spell. He reminded Americans that their bodies still belong to them. That makes him an American hero, not a felon. And President Trump should insist all charges be dropped against Dr. Moore immediately.

To me fully informed implies he did let them know. They could then answer “yes” if asked if they had gotten the shot.

It would certainly be unethical if he lied on paperwork associated with the vaccine. But not worth any prison time.

Yes, technically speaking, it is fraud. The man can’t deny that he introduced counterfeit documents into the system.

But the system under Brandon had become anti-human. An evil, Mengele-like experiment was underway on a global scale, crushing Human dignity by eliminating informed consent—essentially legalizing a vaguely medical form of assault and battery, not infrequently leading to homicide, arguably murder.

For this doctor, the overriding imperatives were the human dignity, self-determination, and informed consent.

Trump should think carefully about this, and mercifully pardon him.

Yup, this Doc technically broke the letter of the law by filing a false vax record no way around it.

That said, his actions were totally justified under the circumstances and this was a military situation.

He was being coerced into executing an unlawful order from his superiors to administer a proven dangerous and unnecessary medication administered to military personal against their will with no regard to informed consent.

The evidence that we have regarding the extreme risks of myocarditis and other serious side effects caused by the vaccines administered to healthy young men and women completely exonerates this guy.

The UCMJ recognized that under the appropriate circumstances, a solder given and unlawful order has the “Duty to Disobey” that illegal order and in retrospect it is clear that the orders to force the vax on military personnel could be construed as an illegal order.

A very strong argument can be made that this doc had a duty to disobey the unlawful order

The people who should be prosecuted are the superior officers who issued the unlawful orders.

Military justice is very different from civilian justice and I seriously doubt that a legit jury of his peers would fail to exonerate him after the evidence we have of the damage that the vax caused to to the cohort of military age men and women
