They amp up the rhetoric. They refuse to send law enforcement to interrogate people who make threats, and when they do allow it, they don’t punish. They tried to pass legislation to remove ALL protection for Trump, and denied requests by the Trump campaign to increase Secret Service protection, even as the threat level increased dramatically.

Yes. Hard to believe they didn’t intend this to happen.

The guy stayed outside the security checks. But police were running around and people watched him for a few minutes crawl up and police acted confused. And he army crawled to the peak of roof. Missed his shot then fired a burst. SS popped him with something that sounded suppressed. But that shooter was not a very good shot. He even missed with the burst. Didn’t even hit the SS. Thankfully. But my prayers go out to the innocent families of the hit. I think one died and 2 in critical.

They knew the AGR building was a threat. That is why they had two snipers on the roof of the red barn, in plain sight with a rifle on a tripod trained on the AGR building. They were watching the shooter the whole time until the same sniper team shot the guy. This was a setup staged for public consumption the gun on the tripod was a prop intended to be very visible. There have always been sniper teas but they hardly ever show their guns.

This is the best single sentence I’ve yet to read about the attack. The gunman did hit his mark. But only a wound and, by the Grace of God, a grazing one at that.

I’ve yet to read or hear an explanation of how the gunman was able to reach his perch, with a weapon, in broad daylight, under surveillance by the crowd clamoring for security to stop him, and loose several shots.
