A New York Appeals court on Tuesday denied Trump’s bid to appeal a gag order in Alvin Bragg’s case after a jury already returned a guilty verdict.

President Trump previously asked the Court to lift the gag order “because the trial has concluded.”

Biden’s DOJ hatchet man Matthew Colangelo earlier this month asked Merchan to keep the gag order in place to “avoid threats to the fairness of the trial itself.”

There’s no such thing as the “Manhattan Appeals Court.” The Appellate Division, First Department, covers Manhattan and the Bronx. It has 21 judges. It’s possible that the five in that picture are members of it, but they by themselves are not the court.

The NY verdict won’t be overturned. Most of the objections of importance were litigated during pre-trial motions and appeals.

Following the process. You have to avail yourself of every administrative and judicial opportunity at a lower level before a higher level court will even entertain whether to take a case or not. Ditto for using the entirety of the NYS system prior to appealing to the Federal District Court (and, lose there, then go to the Circuit Court, and ONLY then, to the USSC).

The process is long and burdensome, but sometimes you can speed things up when there is an emergency (such as denial of basic rights, executions and other situations where irreparable harm will be done if the appeal isn’t heard). This is what happens when you have 330 million people - we haven’t expanded our courts enough to handle the volume, so it is achingly slow.

Those are just their talking points to make it seem like Trump is the true criminal, and that he is just attacking Democrats who are not criminals. It's there attempt to sway people away from Trump & back to Biden, but they are fighting a losing battle, as voters are more concerned about their lived experience, and their live experience was better under Trump and they know that was the reality. Besides that minorities are waking up to the fact that Democrats are trying to replace them with new voters whose lived experience is even worse than theirs.

Problem is, the Democrats have allowed people who literally hate this country & are here to create havoc with crimes of every kind imaginable. Some are quite likely military men sent to be an advanced coalition of fighters.

China, Muslims & others have been waging asymmetrical w7aarfare against this nation for decades.

You do not file an appeal. Any appeal would be futile as the entire system is broken. You just sit there and take it. Correct?

Or do you file an appeal? Why would you do that if the entire system is broken?

If you can't get it up to a Federal court that will actually do something about it, and make no mistake, the Federal district that covers New York will very likely *NOT* do anything about it, you are just not going to get anything to happen within a sufficient time frame to prevent it from interfering with the election.

A system that works like this is a non-functional system. It's a massive Kabuki dance that is more interested in pomp and procedure (ritual) than it is justice.
