PORTLAND, Oregon — A group of protesters temporarily blocked all southbound lanes of Interstate 5 Monday morning, about a mile north of the intersection with Beltline Highway, between Eugene and Springfield.
Photos show people were locking arms in a line across the interstate, some holding Palestinian flags, and law enforcement personnel were at the scene.

This is the reason I lost respect for the police. They won’t arrest the liberal idiots but they will arrest the people who punch the protesters blocking the road. It pains me to say that because I have many close family members in law enforcement. I see too many cops doing the wrong thing.

In Rockland, ME yesterday a lone Pali protester (cardboard sign claiming genocide in Gaza) was on a street corner. Was there a couple weeks ago two. Gave him a thumbs down (I was being courteous). At least he was on the sidewalk.

I have no use for em anymore. The thin blue line BS ended when the BLM/Antifa riots took place, and they all stood around with their thumbs up their arses letting em burn buildings down, murder, etc. without lifting a hand to stop it....screw em.

Cops wandering around playing pocket pool just as instructed by the real criminals, the government. Makes you wonder if they have any limits whatsoever as to what orders they would obey?
After watching the masking during covid, I'd guess they'll do anything the government tells them.
Unfortunately most will take the easy way out. That means arrest law abiding people who fight back while doing nothing to the instigators. The excuse of just following orders doesn’t cut it if the orders are unlawful.
There’s plenty of guns and chainsaws. Eugene is as bad as Portland. This are the only leftist cities in Oregon.
The cops are probably waiting for Gov. Kotex-the California transplant-to get off her a$$ and tell them what to do.
