FYI, the constitutional decentralized governance of the states are a key component of our Free Constitutional Republic protecting against the “tyranny of the majority” of “democracy”.
The electoral college of the states prevents NY, CA, and FL, from always wining the presidential election regardless of the the other 47 states.
The Left would never lose and America would go down very quickly.
America is a republic where minority regions of America - often patriotic Americans - have an important say in our national governance.

Guess they knew just what a big problem it would be for any presidential candidate in the crosshairs of a rival no matter which side of the political aisle they’re on.

If the SCOTUS says that Insurrection is a Congressional decision. Then what is the point of Jack Smith’s investigation and charges again? Election interference? Can’t be Insurrection because Congress has to declare that.
