Good. Let the voters decide, not the states.
Supreme Court rules unanimously for THE U.S. CONSTITUTION as the SUPREME LAW of the LAND!!!
Unanimously voted…. Given the court has liberals on it, this is a very strong message.
just watch
states will ignore the supreme court
scofflaws
mob-ocrats
lol
Anyone who doubts the evil of half the American people should refer to that number:
30
30 states are willing to use banana republic dirty tactics to destroy the candidate leading the nomination race in the other side.
I’m in one of them (Michigan).
I’m convinced the time of Noah was a little better.
States will refuse to follow ruling
Unanimously, although some here have stated the three liberal judges added a statement(?) that makes their support seem flimsy. Same goes for Barrett.
Guess they knew just what a big problem it would be for any presidential candidate in the crosshairs of a rival no matter which side of the political aisle they’re on.
Or they might could have read the amendment.
Ah....
If the SCOTUS says that Insurrection is a Congressional decision. Then what is the point of Jack Smith’s investigation and charges again? Election interference? Can’t be Insurrection because Congress has to declare that.
Just for the heck of it, I turned on MSNBC to see how they were reporting this story. Of course, they are appalled that the court ruled the way they did.
"In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency. The Court has settled a politically charged issue in the volatile season of a Presidential election. Particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up," Barrett wrote.
Leave it to a woman on the court to inject emotion and "feelings" into a purely LEGAL issue, as they all are. I couldn't care less if this induces stridency and volatile feelings. It's what the CONSTITUTION says that matters, feelings be damned!!!
I'm less and less impressed with her as time passes.
It’s clear that the left wants to make the presumption of guilt the default position for anyone that opposes them.
Talk about threats to “democracy”.
What people really care about when you get down to it is threats to is constitutional, individual rights.
True, many just want entitlements and will do anything to support the entitlement party. But if your basic civil rights are threatened, as far as entitlements are concerned, all you’ll get is what the government will give you in prison.

What a great response by Trump to the SCOTUS’s decision
