resident Biden's administration and liberal supporters in Washington are bracing for a possible Donald Trump victory in November by installing "roadblocks" to limit the latter's ability to fire thousands of government workers, according to a new report.
The Associated Press reported that a cabal of left-leaning experts, legal advisers and others are confident Biden will be re-elected but are urging him to prepare for the worst: another Trump presidency beginning in 2025.
"My impression is the Biden administration is taking very seriously that potential threat and is trying to do things now," Michael Linden, former executive associate director of the White House Office of Management and Budget under Biden, told the AP. Although he added there was no "magic bullet" to stop Trump if he took office again. "Nobody should be under any illusion that there’s anything that this president can do in advance to prevent the next president from doing things that are very damaging, potentially catastrophically."
The AP reported the "Office of Personnel Management, the federal government’s chief human resources agency, will finalize a rule by April against reclassifying tens of thousands of workers so they can be more easily fired, according to OPM spokesperson Viet Tran." A Biden campaign spokesperson said Trump was "already telegraphing plays straight out of the authoritarian playbook — gutting the civil service of people he deems disloyal and plotting revenge on his political enemies."
A hypothetical Trump administration would take months or even years to unwind it, the AP wrote. The wire service added that other options for Biden to "thwart" a potential succession could include "promoting expanded collective bargaining agreements with federal personnel to beginning the complicated bureaucratic task of designating more government posts as policy-dedicated, thus making workers harder to fire."

Keeping Trump off of ballots is a sure way of weakening his votes and ensuring Biden (Or Ms. Obama) wins in November. We see this happening in the DemocRAT states.

Several factoids:
During President Trump’s first term, he no longer allowed the EPA to just go after whatever they wanted, hated. Many EPA creeps just attacked businesses because they could. After President Trump reeled in these creeps, many retired and/or just left the leviathan.
Also, I remember during Pelousy’s first Speakership, she attempted to pass rules inside of legislation that “no future Congress could edit, alter, or delete.” The next Congress just smiled and reversed it.
Also, there is some longstanding rules that legislation passed recently is more easily removed. It was one of the few things Paul Ryan got right.
These people down the line need pay handsomely for their decisions and actions, I hope trump does this but I’m doubtful
This election is going to be extremely tough to win. These psychopaths are going to try everything they possibly can to ensure Trump loses, up to and including murder would not suprise me. They are domestic enemies of the USA as far as I’m concerned
It’s good they are broadcasting this. It will give President Trump the ammo he will need to charge all those involved in thwarting the will of the voters and also for insurrection and sedition. Folks need to wake up, this isn’t the so called: Democracy they all wail that President Trump will destroy if elected.
I agree, representative should spend more time with the people they represent. Most of what they do can be handled through a Zoom call. It would also keep them far away from lobbiests. They could meet in DC on a scheduled basis
Having agencies closer to who they represent would also be helpful.
Get those executive orders written, moving vans hired, and circus tents ready to relocate the worthless Deep State to Death Valley.
He doesn’t have to fire them. He just does a reduction in force and lays off thousands of unnecessary “workers”.
It’s like when Obummer signed the blatantly unconstitutional DACA executive order and then the courts ruled that Trump had no authority to overturn Obama.

Who gets paid the interest? And can the Government just say screw it...we will pay only the principle(I’m not talking about bonds owned by foreign governments)
I believe the FIRST thing that has to be done is to ensure that a reliable and loyal-American head of the DOJ needs to be installed. Also, any of the highest level DOJ’ers who aren’t on board can be transferred, demoted, fired under him.
If you take away leftists’ access to prosecute you take away their access to its lickspittle leftist judiciary. Basically, make it very difficult to enforce their ‘rules’ changes, etc.
Of course, that wouldn’t stop them from bringing suit on their own, but they’d have to pay for it instead of a leftist DOJ doing their bidding on Americans’ dime.
Trump will have to do what has been done by the RATs. They do what they want and ignore laws that are there to stop what they do.
If there is something blocking the road put there by the corrupt and illegit Biden regime ... Plow through it.
