The Federal Aviation Administration is actively recruiting workers who suffer "severe intellectual" disabilities, psychiatric problems and other mental and physical conditions under a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative spelled out on the agency’s website.
"Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring," the FAA’s website states. "They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism."
The initiative is part of the FAA’s "Diversity and Inclusion" hiring plan, which claims "diversity is integral to achieving FAA's mission of ensuring safe and efficient travel across our nation and beyond." The FAA’s website shows the agency’s guidelines on diversity hiring were last updated on March 23, 2022.

This country has gone to shit. Is this going to include foreign illegal aliens with foot problems like toe fungus, blisters, corns, ingrown toenails, athlete’s foot, flat feet and fallen arches.
I had to apply once for a replacement Social Security card. I went to the office and waited over an hour to see someone. A lady came out from behind two swinging doors (with an armed guard standing watch) and called my name. She brought me over to a desk and at that desk sat a blind man. ‘She’ was the ‘sequence interpreter.’ What is that? She asked questions of me and then repeated them to that blind sucker who then typed the data into his computer. The outcome?
The replacement card never went through even though this blind sucker’s ‘system of work’ said it did. When I went back, I had to defend myself against insinuations from a nasty black accuser lady that I’d stolen the card. This was in Metro Atlanta and I finally got the card after going to another office not in Metro Atlanta. Those people are useless - expect more trouble than just a missing SS card.
