Public health officials are distributing rapid COVID-19 tests and urging people to receive an updated vaccine as levels of coronavirus in Boston area waste water rise ahead of the holiday season.
Boston Public Health Commission officials said they will hand out 10,000 free testing kits at community centers and other distribution hubs across the city.
As of Nov. 15, coronovirus levels rose 93 percent over the previous 14 days, the commission said.

White blood cells and other immuno-chelators are processed by the liver and, along with unserviceable red blood cells, are dumped into the colon for disposal.
An increase in viruses at the waste water plant tells me that Bostonian immunity systems are working fine and there is no need for alarm.

Wastewater monitoring is a lagging indicator...literally yesterday’s or yesterweek’s news.
I was wondering why all my Boston friends are trying to additional free COVID test kits out of the blue. Now I know why.
There should hardly be any covid in the wastewater. After all millions have been all vaxxed up!
Do people even think anymore and ask why that would be?

The left is hell bent on eradicating anything that gives us identity as a culture and nation, and Thanksgiving and Christmas are the two biggest holidays for that.
They’ll do anything they can to shut them down yet again.
Simple to handle.
Don’t swim in the sewers, there.
Pick a different city’s sewers, instead.
They really, really, really, want to make Covid a thing again going into 2024. Watch for new (and scary) variants being discovered.
I’m so tired of seeing the headlines such as “What you should be concerned about with Covid for this winter”. Or, “Five reasons why you should get your Covid vaccine booster before heading home for the holidays”. And, “Miss Manners, should I divorce my husband if he will not get his Covid booster? Response: Of course you should! Your safety is of the most importance” (That may not be the exact wording but it is something along those lines).

Advice that I have lived by for all my life (well, maybe except for the time I was about 18 months old and mom caught me dipping water out of the toilet with my cup). That advice (and the spanking by mother) has served me well.
Maybe we should have college courses on the subject.
As an individual with 30-years experience in the public health/water protection profession, I say…….so??? Absolute ridiculous fear-mongering.
I saw a photo on TS of how covid tests in China are put together, a large table covered with a pile of Q tips and a bunch of Chinese people without gloves, sorting them. Who knows what horrible chemicals are on them once they are in the test boxes. I have friends that used the home tests and said the chemicals were nasty and stunk. I told one friend to just spit on it.
Also a short twitter video in a Chinese mask factory, someone putting in boxes. But first he put on the floor and rubbed his shoes all over them.
Just have Ivermectin at home and that takes care of it anyway.
