In discussions about Epps, have you or others seen any mention of investigators analyzing Epps’ phone/communications records going back several years? Has he sued anyone other than the feckless Fox News? Would be helpful for a defendant to get his records in discovery.
Per the transcript of Epp’s J6 committee testimony, the way the questions were asked made it suspiciously easy for Epps to say he hadn’t been in contact with various government agencies. Why limit the question to a very short time period (Dec something 2020 through Jan 5, 2021) unless the questioners already knew a deeper time frame would not allow a “No” answer?
I could watch Lara Logan read the phonebook cover to cover.
