And this judge, who donated to this anti-Trump group and refused to recuse herself, allows a case to continue even though there's absolutely no constitutional basis for it and Trump has never been charged with an insurrection let alone found guilty of it.
We need Republican Attorney Generals to accuse Biden of treason, for his open border, and go into states to try and take Biden off the ballot.

Republican AGs and orgs can just merely accuse Biden of treason and then go into these states and say he shouldn’t be on the ballot. #### him up and waste his time and resources and make him lose sleep and take him off the campaign trail just like they are trying to do with Trump. You have to think outside the box. They like to use “insurrection” against Trump, we can use TREASON. They are taking legal action to keep Trump off the ballot, there ought to be legal action to keep Biden off. The only way the Democrats will learn is by doing the same back to them.

I like the way Levin thinks on this. Great economic and criminal damage is occurring to the residents of states being impacted by Biden’s sabotage of common sense border control. He needs to be excluded from ballots in those states.
