Jim Jordan letter to Garland - J6 use of geofencing
Robert Gouveia ^ | 08/17/2023 | Jim Jordan

Posted on 08/17/2023 4:52:27 PM PDT by Moe-Patrick

7 min video - showing and explaining Jim Jordan’s letter to Garland. Letter requests data concerning use of geofencing Jan 6 and why the FBI refused to use geofencing in any other riot 2020 even though it had been requested in many cities. Geofencing is a fence that collects data from every phone in the area and sends it to google for processing. Jordan is requesting data on who did what concerning the use and denial of geofencing. Robert Gouveia is a lawyer with a podcast. He shows and explains the letter in this video. He covers many of the lawsuits/indictments related to politics. I could not find any article discussing this. The letter was sent August 10, 2023.

Robert does a good job explaining why geofencing is faulty and violates the 4th amendment.

Personally I would like to know why they used geofencing J6 and denied national guard at the same time. Ans: a setup. In other words, they wanted the data. The geofencing on J6 covered 4 acres and captured @5700 phones. Geofencing had to be setup prior to the crowd showing up. Infuriating.

If Jordan had his sleeves rolled up Garland should be very nervous.

Yeah, but we Republicans are partly responsible for it. 18 U.S. Code § 2383 says: “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

You mean Banana RINO = Banana “Republic” in name only.

I posted this so we know what this geofencing does. Like you, I expect nothing to come of this.

I wasn’t aware this existed as stated. Geofencing is much like NSA/FISA/Patriot Act, abused and unconstitutional.

>>I wasn’t aware this existed…

It is the FIB tool Stingray. Mimics a cell tower and captures all cell phone data inside it’s range.

Reason the Dept of Just-Us requested monies for years of prosecutions of maybe anyone/everyone who was at J6.

If you’re every going anywhere you don’t want to be tracked, put your phone in a Faraday bag or don’t carry it at all.

Yes, one agrees, and thank you for posting it. Not surprising that the technology exists but this would be the first known time of it being used for entrapment.

That I don’t understand. Trump, as Commander-in-Chief, had the authority to federalize and activate National Guard troops.

Watch the Sund interview. Apparently the agencies including Pelosi and Mitch make the decisions. One would think Trump could order it but it didn’t happen.

Until/unless republicans can prosecute and imprison high ranking democrat criminals like Garland, Mayorkas, Biden(s) - the democrat elites could care less about Jordan or anyone else. Repeatedly crying wolf, which is what republican leaders do, has no effect on democrats who've been using lawfare to beat republicans like a drum.

Democrat federal and state AGs have been using criminal law to take down political opposition, AKA, republicans. How may republican state AGs are doing the same? The answer is none. The democrats are playing smash-mouth, while republicans play by Marquess of Queensberry Rules.

Congress controls the Capitol grounds. Peelousy, through surrogates, denied the request. AFTER she had been briefed on what was expected to go down.
